I ordered two mouse skins for logitech mice, the patterns don't line up and the separate sections need heat to fit the contours of the mouse, then don't fit together properly either.
Save your money and buy a new mouse rather than trying to prolong the life of an old one with these skins.

I recently bought laptop sleeve from them and I’m beyond impressed with their product quality and fast delivery.
They truly deliver what they promise.

Crap company. Received order confirmation, but never received tracking link or, of course, the item. Contacted customer service, received an AI response with a promise to escalate.. nothing more. Contacted again, another AI response and apparently my order suddenly couldn't be found - despite me replying to the order confirmation email. Filed dispute with PayPal and was refunded immediately. AVOID.

I bought a mouse skin and they are spam company never delivered my product

They give you a shipment tracking link that never updates and never deliver the ordered products.

The email support seems like it is just an AI/LLM that agrees with what you say and promises they are doing something. Nearly two months after ordering, I filed a dispute with the payment processor.

I don't even wanna give one star to the company it is a shitty company with shitty customer service, please don't order anything from this company.

Horrible company and cheap feeling products. They are no better than the ones you get from local market at 1/3rd the cost.

My product did not have the aligning stickers in the package. I doubt they would have helped even if they were there.

Was reading other people's reviews on this page and I have the same experience. There's no way you can apply this skin on your macbook without creating a mess.

I would like to see the company upload a video doing the same without any edits.

Buyer beware. Very difficult to deal with. It takes 2 weeks to have anyone respond only to tell you they will escalate the issue only to wait another 2 weeks. Returns are a hassle as they can never "find" my order even after I provide their own confirmation email and order number.
Think twice before dealing with this company

Recently purchased camera skins from them. They're really good! The cuts are precise and the skins have really good adhesive. Doesn't peel off that easily.
I got their walnut textures and apart from being really cool, they add a solid grip too.

I was really excited to purchase the Matte Transparent skin for my MacBook Air M3 (13-inch) from Capes India, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing.

First, the delivery was not handled properly—the entire order arrived folded. While I didn’t record an unboxing video, this was a bad start.

When I began applying the skin, I quickly realized how challenging it was, especially for a MacBook. The process is frustrating and requires extreme precision, which makes it nearly impossible to get right on your own. The material is so stretchable that every attempt to adjust it caused the skin to stretch and expand, eventually going beyond the MacBook's surface area.

Applying this skin feels like a task meant for professionals. It's definitely not user-friendly, and the frustration of trying to align it properly outweighs any satisfaction from the product.

Overall, I’m very disappointed and wouldn’t recommend this unless you're willing to hire someone to apply it for you. Capes India needs to improve their product design and packaging to enhance the overall customer experience.

This is a terrible product, with very high error margins. Neither the macbook air skin nor the logitech mouse skin I bought fit properly. There are hole misalignments, gaps and warps at curbs.
I am very disappointed having paid $50 for this and then another $30 import fees. Never again.
I should have ordered from aliexpress/temu/wish.

I ordered two transparent skins from CapesIndia for my iPhone 16 Pro Max and Pixel 9 Pro, expecting high-quality products as described on their website. However, both skins were completely different from what was advertised. The Pixel 9 Pro skin had visible creases, which transferred onto my phone upon application, making it look terrible.

I immediately reached out to their support team via email, providing pictures of the defective skin. Initially, they responded, but after that, they completely stopped replying. I have been following up for over a week now, and they are simply ignoring my emails. This is by far the worst customer support I have ever experienced.

CapesIndia does not seem to care about their customers after taking their money. I would strongly advise against purchasing from them. If you’re looking for quality and reliable service, this is NOT the place.

I do not recommend CapesIndia to anyone!

Ordered a skin for Logitech MX Master 3.
It was pricey and didnt stick to the mouse and didnt fit properly to the mouse.
Not ordering here again :(

Placed my order almost two weeks ago and payed for 3-4 days shipping which is more than twice more expansive than the sticker. Unfortunately, the order is still not shipped and none of my emails were replied. Will wait for another couple of days and initiate the refund process through PayPal.
Comment to the store: even if you are experiencing any problems, I believe you have to let your customers know.

I ordered a skin, and their "how to" page did not specify how to add the skin for the specific model.
Too pricey for a skin, and it did not meet expectations.

Super keen to ship products to EU despite issues. Took 3 attempts.
I dont know why they put in the effort though, because the skins are garbage. Bought a skin for the Logitech mx3 mouse, and it consist of multiple small patches, that are in no way flexible enough to conform to the curves of the mouse. I wrote them about the issues, but unlike the shipping issues, there was no response.
Phone skin is probably fine, but you can get that anywhere.
Dont bother.

Product not shipped after 5 weeks.

Customer service non existent - in writing confirmed to be shipped by the end of second week but here I am waiting
