Very bad experience with thier anti yellow case, it’s fragile and scratches off easily, for the price they charge absolutely overrated and overpriced, kindly avoid buying from thier website, they also have a customer support who give you generic responses and zero sense of accountability, avoid this brand at all costs, there are so many better alternatives out there

I wish I could give negative stars. They’re ripping people off while providing some of the worst-quality products I’ve ever seen.

Charging ₹1,000 for a skin is completely fine—if you’re delivering premium quality. Instead, you send a third-rate product. You don’t even include a proper vinyl application tool and expect customers to apply the skin with just a cloth.

I bought the transparent skin for my 13-inch iPad Pro. I originally wanted to buy it from Gadgetshieldz, but they don’t make transparent skins. That’s why I ended up choosing Capes, and I regret it.

This has easily been one of the most disappointing purchases I’ve made. And one more thing—don’t put “India” in your brand name if you’re going to represent it with products like this. You’re doing the name no favors.

Could be better if delivery time is reduced. Product quality is good. Would be nice if price of products is reduced without compromising with product quality

Crazy good, little steep price

Skins are good, i am using transparent skin both on my mac and iPhone. Good quality skins which last very long.

There customer service was fab .
Wrongly delivered a skin for Google pixel instead of Nothing Phone 4a , but sent me the correct one once I reached out to them .
And the delivery was done super quick .

Horrible customer support. I had ordered for specific model they sent a different ones. When asked for replacement they stated the one they sent is compatible with my device. Pathetic why show different device when you want to send the same stuff. The camera piece was offset and the customer support is not responsive.

I had a accident recently but capes indias case protected my iphone very well n so amazing my phone didnt get a single scratch too and its really drop proof and anti yellowing case thanku capes india for providing us the best quality

I have ordered Transparent cover for Iphone 14, it is too tight in size, it potentially scratches the corner of phone.
More over need to pay Rs 90/- for replacement.
This is a new fraud.

I recently bought 2 key covers for my new MG Hector (latest model) from Capes, paying a premium price of ₹1100, but what I received is NOT for MG Hector at all. The product is completely mismatched and useless for my key.

The so-called “premium design” is nothing but cheap, simple stickers, like kids playing stickers, and they don’t even fit properly on the MG Hector key. Capes is charging such a high price for something that feels totally local and low quality.

Even worse, their customer support is a complete joke. I tried to contact them through their portal, and they only reply with the same line: “One of our representatives will contact you and resolve the issue.”
It’s been days and no one has called me yet. No resolution, no update, nothing.

Their website shows attractive product images, but the actual product received is completely different. Don’t trust their website — it looks like fake products are displayed and published just to trap customers.

They are doing paid marketing and fake reviews, and real customers are getting cheated. Avoid Capes products and simply buy from trusted platforms like Amazon, where you’ll get genuine items and proper support.

Also, they don’t even have a proper installation video or guidance to install the product correctly.

Flop site. Poor product. Poor service. Total waste of money.
Don’t ever buy Capes product. It’s a trap.
