I have been using the canvas beauty brand product for over 3 years it did grow it at first then I seen a whole bald spot so I bought the follicle booster to help it made it worse it fell out I have bald spot and combs full of hair coming out never wanted to believe it was the Canvas Beauty brand product horrible will get a lawyer !!!

Canvas Beauty Brand is OUTSTANDING. They are VERY responsive AND the product is amazing!!!! Thank you Stormi ... YOU GUYS ROCK!

I’m on my 3rd jar of the Body Glaze (donut scent). Unfortunately, my 2nd nor 3rd jar smelled nothing like the 1st jar. The consistency of the 2nd and 3rd jars (smell and texture) were also not like the 1st jar. The 1st jar had a Vaseline/petroleum jelly/powerful scent and I could bathe and would not have to reapply it the next day. The 2nd jar had a hair grease feel with a small sweet scent but the scent didn’t last that long after application. I received the 3rd jar today to see if it would be like the 1st with the hopes the 2nd jar was just a fluke and unfortunately it’s not. The 3rd jar still has the hair grease texture and little to no sweet scent. Very disappointing as I had added this as part of a monthly subscription however it appears that the ingredients changed therefore I can’t see paying $19-$25 for this product anymore. I hate it because I wanted to continue to support the brand.

I really don't know why canvas beauty has such a low rating. I have ordered her edge tamer and it is amazing. I have literally tried every edge tamer and nothing worked. It either turned white, waxy or didn't hold. Her tamer holds!!!! It is amazing. You have a customer for life. I threw away all my non working so called edge tamers. Only Canvas Beauty is allowed in this house!!!!!

Company has horrible customer service. It’s been months and I still haven’t gotten my order. I wouldn’t order ANYTHING from them if I was you.

I had seen Stormie Steel on Love and Marriage Huntsville and I decided to support a black female entrepreneur. I ordered the booster set back in November of 2022 and I wish I would've read these reviews about Canvas Beauty before I placed my order. It took two months to receive my order since it took so long, I wanted to cancel my order. I was informed that all orders are final, and they don't issue refunds? I should've known the products were a lot of hype and they wouldn't work. I am very disappointed in her products. They are overpriced and they don't work for me.

I ordered from cyber Monday in November 2022, 11 items totaled nearly $100. Received 1 item after waiting 2 months. The corrected package came today, March 30,2023 with 3 more items….they failed to send my 7 other items!!! From every company I’ve ever ordered from, I’ve always received everything I ordered BUT CANVAS BEAUTY HAIR CARE TOOK MY MONEY AND FAILED AT GIVING ME MY ITEMS!!!! DO BETTER OR SIMPLY FIND PEOPLE THAT WILL ACTUALLY DO THEIR JOBS CORRECTLY!!!

I was a loyal customer, but now I am done. I placed an order the end of November for Black Friday. I received less than half my order at the end of January. I am still awaiting over 100+ dollars worth of products. Looks like I will have to contact the BBC. My last two emails has been ignored.

It took forever for my order to arrive. I haven't opened it yet. So, I decided to purchase the same serum from one of the beauty supply stores for a cheaper price. Does it work? I don't know yet, I've only been using for about a week. I reached out the company to find out why my order was taking so long, no one responded. Then I searched the website to find out they posted long timeframes. Lead with that before I get stuck ordering your product that takes forever and a day to reach me. UGH!!!!

Placed and order in November I received 2 of the 3 items I ordered in January . I emailed them regarding my order . Someone name Tina stated I’ll get tracking on the missing item when it’s shipped . It February and I have big received anything , also the email I sent has gone unanswered. Company customer service is horrible . She don’t need a business !

Horrible company! Please read the reviews before placing an order fair warning. I had to dispute my charges! I used to buy Canvas products but now I refuse to spend $1 with them, rather its online or in store!

I placed my order on Black Friday 2022 and on Nov. the 30th. The order that was placed on the 30th came in before the Black Friday's order. My Black Friday order did not arrive until January 9th. When my order arrived, it was missing 5 items. I took a picture and emailed the company what I received in the mail. Here we are in February of 2023 and I'm stilling waiting for my order. I email them about my order, and they send me an email asking about their service. And they are trying to sell new product before they feel all of the orders that were taken first. I am so DONE with this company.

If I could give them no stars, I would. I have been waiting for my order for over a month and have yet to receive it. I have emailed and tried to call and no response from them. this is ridiculous to completely ignore your paying customers.

I had made a complaint with the BBB and I the company sent me a tracking number the final day. All my products were delivered and intact with no issues. I appreciate that they did send my package, but no one should have to go through all of this. But I will never deal with them in the future.

Very poor customer service I have placed an order online on 11/25/22. I received a package on yesterday 1/12/23 and I only received the moisture moolah oil and this not all the items I have ordered. I emailed and called a for stormi Steele and No one has responded back to me. So I will report this to the better business bureau.

I placed an order on 11/25/2022 and sent several emails in December and January and received no response. I finally went and filed a claim with the BBB and the next day I got a shipping confirmation email. Almost 2 months later I received a package and it was half of my order and half filled bottles. I’ve emailed, left messages on fb and Instagram and still no response. I will never order from this company again.

First time ordering on Nov.30, 2022and it's Jan.13, 2023. I still have not recieved my order. However, they will not respond to any of my emails. I tried to support Stormi business but this is extremely poor customer service. I will not ever order from her again and will be seeking full refund at this point.

I wish I could give a rating of “0”! Placed an order 11/29/22. Called 12/28/22 in regards to my order and the process to receive a refund. I was sent the policy link showing NO REFUNDS. I spent too much money to have to deal with this type of service. I should have been given a refund since my order was showing “Unfilled”. I emailed again on 12/29/22 and I was told it takes 22 days after the date you ordered for orders to be filled excluding weekends and holidays. I do not remember reading 22 days, maybe I did not have my glasses on. I responded and the response back to me was “orders placed 11/29 processing window closes on 1/03”; it is the 10th of January and my order is STILL showing “UNFILLED”. I emailed yesterday (01/09/2023) and no response from Canvas Beauty Brand at this time. I am NOT happy and I will NO longer be purchasing from Canvas Beauty Brand!!

Canvas Beauty Brand should stop sells when an item has sold out instead of being greedy and selling more than what they have in inventory. Clearly this is the issue and if not, then hirer more staff to keep up with the demands.

This is my second and last time ordering from them. I placed a order on black Friday and received half my order. Then contacted customer service about and they said the rest of my stuff was still in the delivery window which made no sense when I order the same day SMH. Here it is Jan 9th and still no product. Also I've been reaching out to customer service and now I get no response.

I was excited about this company however they seem not to be able to keep up with demand. I placed an order during Black Friday and it’s now December 22, 2022 and no update at all. I’ve contacted them via email and two weeks later still no response! I understand being busy however not responding to customers who have helped this business grown is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE! I doubt I will order again and will take my money and business elsewhere where the company really values their customers.
