I made the order on June 14, 2024 and I still haven’t received anything tracking information says that there is a label created, but still no update on when I should receive my products never again what I order from this place Glowing Skin, Aubrey Norway and their email is unable to be placed in this comments, board I tried reaching out via email and still have not receive a response there’s no phone number attached on Store website

I promise I wasn't given anything free nobody promised me anything for this review but I'm here to tell my truth and this product works!! My eczema has cleared up tremendously, I used prescribed creams, shea butters, and other ointments and nothing has ever worked like this. Now the smells are good I have purchased Siamo, Siama, Scent from Heaven and Keep it a Hunnid (all fresh scents) but they are lightly scented and the scent doesn't last long but this product works so good you won't even care. I highly recommend this product and she always has code/coupons posted for free shipping so make sure to use them "GETGLAZED" is my go-to code.

I ordered the hair growth oil, I was excited at first, I have used it for about two weeks now, and the front of my hair has BROKE OFF !! Needless to say I will never be using this product again. 😨🤬

I ordered the Body Glaze (Original Donut) scent and I wanted so much to love it....BUT when my hubby came home I extended my arm and said, "smell me". He quickly drew back and said..."ewwww, what the hell is that? You smell like a cigar". I was bummed. I guess I won't be ordering from Stormi anymore which is a shame because I love watching her on Love and Marriage Huntsville.

I submitted my order on Thursday and received my order on Monday. I ordered the strawberry scent and it smells amazing! I live in Arizona so it was melted. I put in my freezer for 5 minutes and it's good! I'm definitely ordering more scents! My skin is dry and this body glaze has worked wonders.

I placed an order for one of the body glaze cream and never received my order. The USPS tracking showed my package was in transit from Santa Clarita, Ca all the way to New Jersey. I live in California so how did my package end up in New Jersey?? When I try to reach out to Canvas Beauty via email or phone number there is no reply and phone line always busy. I’m pissed about this matter and want to cancel my order and get a refund. I will have to dispute the charges with my bank because the vender does not respond to emails!!

This is a Terrible organization d/b/a (Blacked Owned Business is deliberately misleading) owned by a White Male/ Black Woman whom have been sued by so many companies it will make you cry more than 5 in less than 2 years.
It is a sad state of affairs when a container company sues for $18,000.00
There is a fraudulent tone here Product not being received as if a "Bait -n-Switch".

The Modernization of Cosmetics Regulation Act of 2022 (MoCRA) was enacted on December 29, 2022. MoCRA amends Chapter VI of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act and provides for the most significant expansion of FDA authority to regulate cosmetics since 1938.

How to Report Serious Adverse Events for Industry
The new law requires a responsible person (see definition below) to report serious adverse events (see definition below) associated with the use of cosmetic products in the United States to FDA, within 15 business days. The responsible person must include a copy of the label on or within the retail packaging of such cosmetic product. If the responsible person receives medical or other information about the adverse event within 1 year of the initial report to FDA, they must submit this new information to FDA within 15 business days. FDA will also have access to adverse event reports during an inspection.

Same experience as others, no product ever shipped. Placed two orders and never received them. Was told they would ship but after a week, still nothing. I had to contact my credit card company. My next steps if there is no refund is to physically show up and get it from the business.

I knew those Body Glaze content creators were lying to sell products. I hadn’t received my order after 2 weeks of requesting several refunds. Stormi refunded $25, she kept my $4 shipping cost. Dirty

UPDATE 4/3/2024-after 16 emails/Tik tok messages I finally received my missing order. I originally ordered 2 body glazes on 2/18 and I only received 1. Also sending in a complaint to BBB does not help because they did not respond to BBB. This company doesn’t care about their customers and this was my first and last time ordering from this company.

UPDATE 3/29/2024-I have in total 15 emails/Tik Tok messages and my issue is still unresolved.

Their customer service is NON EXISTENT. I stupidly bought 2 glazes from the Tik Tok shop. They only sent 1. I have messaged the Tik Tok shop canvas beauty 3x since February with zero response. I have emailed the email listed on their Tik Tok only to be told I have to message the Tik Tok shop (which I have been). At this point I will go ahead and call this a loss and they won at this scam. I will never again purchase from this company.

I did not receive my products at all the tracking was off still stuck in one post office in Huntsville another order Fairburn ga no one seem to investigate what was going on… I was looking forward of getting my products

Love the way it feels but the unscented smells like vanilla. I wasn't expecting a scent from it.

I have not purchased anything as of this date. reading from the reviews. I am not sure if I am going to. I am informing people what to do if they do not get customer service or a refund.

I bought drunken Peach I knew what I ordered and everything like that and they sent me something that I would never order because I have sensitive skin. The birthday cake frosting caused me to break out and hives and I'm allergic to certain scents but the fruit is fine but of course I'm visually impaired and they didn't notify me about them canceling my drunken Peach order until it was too late and they sent me something I can't use. So I'm going to have them refund me my money back because it's been a lot back and forth with customer for service and is a product I can't use so and I was proud to support a black owned business but now I just want what I ordered and I'm done ordering that with them I'll find my self a different place to go because I'm not going to have something sent to me that's not what I ordered and there's about 10 plus people that they have had stuff switched out and was never notified about it. I feel as bad business practice and people need to know what they are doing and the fact that they don't notify people that they don't have what they are selling in stock and just putting whatever they want in the bag is horrible and I love the pineapple in the Strawberry Shortcake they were my favorites and it saddens me because now I can't even get any more because I'm afraid they will send me some I'm allergic to and I'm visually impaired. You should never treat your disabled population that relies on something like this because it's just wrong

I purchased the Body Glaze Icing for the skin and when it arrived it had a nice card thanking me for becoming a part of the Canvas family. The product was/is FANTASTIC!! Oh my gosh, I love, love, love the smell and how it feels on my skin!! I used it all over my body when I took my bath instead of my regular lotion and it did not disappoint! I love this product so much I have already ordered another 4 jars and they arrived like clockwork. I ordered 2 more of the Icing For The Skin and a Marshmallow Toast and Drunken Peach! They smell so good I can't wait to use them. All this to say I am now online ordering additional flavors to give to my family members as gifts at the end of the month. I ordered two of the body glaze butters. They are smooth and have a nice scent. They shine on your skin beautifully. However once I opened the jar and used the glaze I don’t know what happened, but the next time I went to use it, it was very hard. I thought maybe I had left the jar unopened so I went ahead and opened my other jar, the same thing happened. It was very hard. I had to scrape it with a spoon to use it.

I purchased several items from Canvas Beauty on November 24th. It is past the 3-5 and 5-7 day window for shipping. My order is still in the Pre-Shipping Status. I have sent several emails and have even tried to reach out to this organization through social media. I haven't heard any updates since December 2nd. If I don't hear anything from a Canvas representative by tomorrow I will be contacting the Huntsville BBB and placing a formal complaint.

I ordered the Strawberry Pound Cake and the Pineapple upside down. The smell is amazing! They are not oil BUT make your skin shine.
The packaging was note appealing. When I opened my order I would have like to have found a thank you card or something other than just my items in the pink package.
