Smooth Experience & Amazing Delivery, but Pricing Felt Inconsistent
4⭐️ overall experience.
I already knew which washing machine I wanted, and one staff member helped me finalize everything over email after I first connected with him through the chat on the website. The process itself was smooth, quick, and hassle-free.
They offered next-day delivery, and the delivery team were absolutely amazing and so kind. They truly went above and beyond.
The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is the pricing experience. I had asked for the lowest possible price upfront to avoid any back and forth. I was initially given a price in the chat, but when I followed up the next day by email (without mentioning it was me), I was quoted a higher price. When I pointed it out, I was told the rebate was no longer available. However, after I mentioned another company had offered me a lower price (with a later delivery date), he was then able to match that price, including the same rebate he had just said wasn’t available.
I didn’t love that part of the experience, but aside from that, everything else was seamless and well handled.

Brought new one in and plugged in without taking any of the packing materials out. They drove off leaving without a basic "bye" and left large pieces of Styrofoam in my driveway.
