Imran was helpful and the delivery team was careful and on time, however, when we had a problem with the Whirlpool dryer we purchased, due to their return policy, we are left to deal with the manufacturer even though it is just a week since the dryer was delivered.

Fahad Islam was amazing from start to finish. Very patient, knowledgeable and attentive. The delivery company drivers were outstanding and professional. The actual delivery company was great but one thing that they can improve on is give the customers better options of times for the day customers selected for delivery.
