This is a great cool box. Perfect size for camping. Good value on this site compared to some others and was delivered quickly.

After failing to get delivery of a Sunncamp Swift 260 caravan porch awning from a major national camping equipment dealer despite three so called guaranteed promises, I called Camping International late on a Friday afternoon. They confirmed that they had this model in stock, could dispatch it the following Monday. This was delivered by mid-morning the next day Tuesday which enabled us to take it with us on holiday later that week.

We have recently purchased a camper from Camping International after some extensive research on suppliers. The team have been brilliant from the demonstrations, knowledge and advice on our major purchase to assisting us to buy all the necessary accessories, without over-selling. We have been very happy with the on-line service as well as we develop our resources for our new toy - everything from the shop based purchases to the on-line ones have been quick, efficient and excellent value for money. We would have no hesitation in recommending this company either in-store or on-line.

Although when you order online you don't get a reference number to say you've placed the order so I did have to ring up to confirm but the staff was most helpful.
Delivery was quick and the courier service do text you to say what time it will arrive.

Excellent bed, really sturdy, well made and it's easy to set up, although quite heavy if your small. Check your tent size too as it's pretty big and quite tall compared to traditional camp beds.

This item was the cheapest anywhere, by a large margin. The item was delivered the next day. Product is excellent. Excellent service.

An excellent product and prompt dispatch but I would hesitate to buy again as I like to keep records of all purchases and I twice requested a confirmation of order but received nothing. I have no order number to quote in case of a fault developing and no delivery note. Not very satisfactory.

Sometimes we have needed to phone for further information re: the item and the staff have been most helpful. Am sure to need extra camping equipment and will refer to Camping International every time.

From ordering to delivery, efficient, swift and professional.

The items were well priced and sent quickly, but the communication from Camping International was poor..no notice of despatch...no communication as to when it would be delivered

We were concerned at first on delivery of the Awning we ordered, but a simple phone
call and everything changed, we were promised delivery would be on 31 July and it surely was, even the delivery sent a text to say what time it would arrive, as I said

I have been to Weely near Clacton-on-Sea, stopped at Homestead Lake Park caravan site. Had a look round their camping shop and law and behold their was the tent i got from you. I could have saved money,they were giving 10% off and i would not have had to pay postage. Lesson learned. Handy tent for invalid chair.

The order was placed on the Sunday and the goods received in perfect condition on the following Wednesday.

Earlier that day we received a text advising us of the goods would be delivered between 15:00 and 16:00 and we could change these times if we wished. As it happened these times were convenient for us and sure enough the delivery was made during this hour.

We ordered an Isabella annex awning to go with our Magnum. This annex fits fine but we were slightly disappointed in that the poles were made of steel - far inferior to the poles of our Magnum. But that was our fault - if we had read the brochure a bit more carefully we would have spotted this.
