First class service all round.
On the Jacksons Leisure website, there were several purchase options, all of which would have solved my issue. This was, a defective reading light in our motorhome. Unsure as to which would be best, I contacted them. They could not have been more helpful, talking me through all the options allowing me to decide which was best for us. My chosen lights (I replaced both so that I retained a matching pair) were dispatched promptly and were very easy to fit. They are an 'upgrade' on the originals, with two light settings and come with a USB charging port. First class service all round from Jacksons!

Caravan flush parts
I needed a replacement part for my caravan toilet flush but was not sure which model it was. I called Jacksons and they were so helpful in identifying the parts I needed. I placed an order with them and received it a couple of days later. Great service and good value as well.

Item warranty replacement
I have bought a few items from Jackson’s for my mortorhome. I had to replace an item purchased from Jackson’s, which was dealt with under the manufactures warranty. Although this is not unusual I’d just like to say the staff I dealt with were professional, helpful and went the extra mile to resolve the problem immediately by sending a replacement part Thank you again.
