The price of a Laowa 60mm super macro lens was so good I thought I’d give it a go. The p&p charge of £45 covers all duties and taxes (something i have come unstuck on after buying a lens from the Far East before :(
My lens was delivered at 9am on the 4th working day after ordering. Wish Marks&Spencer could do this.
Had accurate emails throughout, lens was incredibly securely packaged.

As with any company you have not bought from before there is a little trepidation passing £000's over and hoping you've done the right thing. With CITP there wasn't really any time to worry! I ordered my first package with 2 lenses late on Friday evening and received it the following Wednesday, my second package of another lens was ordered Monday midday and arrived Thursday. This I have to say is outstanding service, considering it is coming from HK to the UK during a pandemic! I even said to my partner 'How has this happened!?' when the courier rang on the door. CITP kept me informed via email of all relevant updates. What a company! Highly recommended! Will definitely use again, thank you CITP!

I'm a professional video creative. I needed a specific lens, but at a low price and discovered Camera In The Post. Not only did they deliver at brilliantly low price, but it was
quick and seamless. CITP team communications were great, reliable and transparent. Even when FedEx had a delivery hiccup Camera in the Post gave me a full refund for the delivery. When you find a company this good, I think you should let people know. I would 100% recommend them, they're trustworthy and an asset to any photographic creative.

Excellent service and communication, and actually phoning me when there was a problem with the Fed Ex driver not being able to deliver my parcel on day of delivery specified. The gentleman at Camera in the post sorted the problem and two hours later my parcel was delivered. This is above and beyond any other service I have used before. Very pleasantly surprised! My order went through every bit as smoothly as it would have with any other larger retailer. Reassuring emails were sent at every stage of the process, and 4 days later I had an exceptionally well packaged Sony Camera and lens for £1200 less than I would have paid RRP. It feels like there should be a catch, but so far I really can't think of any reason why I won't be using Camera in the Post for all my camera related purchases from now on.
