I ordered a Canon EOS R5 on Monday 14th June at 11:15 am UK time. CITP communication was excellent- got emailed back with order confirmation followed up with FedEx reference within 2 hrs. Item was dispatched from HK on Tuesday with an estimate delivery before 12 noon on Friday- and delivered exactly on time! The package was really week protected and overall I’m delighted with both the service and the goods. Cannot rate these guys highly enough. Well done Camera in the Post. Next time I need gear, I’ll be be back.

I ordered two MFT lenses (a Panasonic 100-400 and Laowa 7.5mm). They arrived within a few days from Hong Kong and were both exactly as ordered. There were no customs issues etc. - duty/VAT was prepaid by CITP.

I will definitely consider them again. The postage cost is quite high (£45) and this does eat into the savings compared to ordering locally, however in my case as I was ordering a couple of lenses it was well worth it.

Best experience with ordering equipment online so far! After waiting for over a month for delivery updates from another company, I decided to cancel my order with them and re-order from camera in the post. The response was super quick, it was shipped the next day and it arrived within a week. Plus it was cheaper than everywhere else! Can’t fault them at all. I am unsure about whether I will have enough characters to descibe how good these guys are.

From the point of first ordering they were attentive, super-efficient and friendly like no other experience I have had before.

I also had something go wrong with my purchase which was ENTIRELY my fault and their after-sales service just amazed me.
