Contacted buyacar with a veiw to changing my car for something a bit newer, I already had a car from buyacar, they took care of everything, trading in my existing car, getting it taken away, and of course delivering my new car, all staff were very helpful explaining every step clearly and the whole process from start to finish took 10 days, I will definitely recommend them to anyone.

Car delivered with loads of dents ,scratches (which they’ve lacquered over) carpet lifting up splitter cracked deep scratches all around boot ,massive scratches on rear windscreen ,faulty fuse for stereo ,cigarette burn hole in passenger side ,I wish I could get rid of this car but they took advantage of the fact they were dealing with a 19 year old and mugged me off completely,I wish this service on no one ,they have been nothing but useless and I will never use this company again I would give 0 stars if it was possible

Last month I used Buyacar to purchase my dream car.

The sales team went above and beyond to make sure I was getting the car I wanted with the best deal possible. They kept daily contact and ensured I was always kept in the picture. They were always happy to answer any queries and came back with a quick response. Nothing was too much of an ask.

The process was quick and although it seemed to be complicated on paper, the team explained the process so it was not complicated and easy to understand. I was aware of what to expect and what they required me to do.

Overall, I am extremely happy with the whole experience and I will be recommending Buyacar to family and friends.

What can I say, It was my first time purchasing a car with Buyacar and was a little nervous at first due to not using them before but I gave it a shot and spoke to the sales team about an Mercedes E class coupe. Buyacar were extremely helpful from the minute I made the call, I had reserved the car and went through the process off finance application which was very easy and got the response within 2 hours of sending my finance application off, the whole process took about 2 weeks and had received my car at my door in immaculate condition as the driver had it valeted close to my house which was amazing, there was some very minor damage to the car which i picked up on the day it arrived and within an hour I received an email from buyacar that they will resolve the issue which was so nice of them, lastly the after purchase customer service is excellent, buyacar rang me a week after trying to follow up if everything is okay with the car.

So overall I highly recommend Buyacar such a easy way to Buyacar will definitely be using them again.
