A NO-WORRY Company. Your order is safe with them.

Easy ordering. Good simple website. Orders always arrive quickly (normally next day) Good prices.

Really easy site to access, brilliant range on there at reasonable prices, and altered to fit if required, and all done in a couple of days, great site to buy from

The key to successful on line trading is, to me, service and trust.
Having made the first purchase, including an exchange
(my own fault!) I can say that the service is first class.
The right product at the right time and very quick delivery and exchange. Happy to recommend!

Placed an order which promised next working day delivery. Ordered on a Friday so expected Tuesday delivery but only 1/3rd of the order arrived.
Didn't get any notification or explanation so I contacted customer service who responded immediately saying item were out of stock and a refund would be issued as new stock wouldn't be available for around 6 weeks. I was obviously disappointed with their initial lack of communication but impressed with the speed of their response.
They then issued a same day full refund and told me to keep the items that had been delivered as part of the order.
Thats how you turn a negative customer experience into a positive one. Well done.
In short..buy with confidence. They are a very professional company

I ordered a pair of wrangler jeans with inside leg 26". Package arrived 3/4 days later, went to try on and saw they had sent size 32 w 29l nowhere near big enough. Sent email got reply in minutes, sorry for mistake will send right pair out asap new jeans arrived 3 days. Dealt with Becki she could not appolgise enough. I wish all companies would have customer care as good as this lady and the company she works for what a credit she is. It's not often i give credit when it is due but i needed to put this out there.WELL DONE to BUY JEANS and Becki in particular and shame on you big company's learn from small company.
Regards
Thomas Lee

Superb customer service - thank you Becki.
Despite the first pair I bought not being right, I've already ordered a replacement and took advantage of your t shirt multi-pack offer and the APRIL10 discount. If you start stocking Levi 511s please let me know. Thanks!

First time using the company, very easy to order the jeans I wanted. I needed the length to be shortened so I chose the standard service, I received a email from customer service informing me they had upgraded me to premium service at no extra cost. Would not hesitate to use company again.
Thanks

I purchased a pair of Wrangler Jeans from Buy Jeans two weeks ago. Their website is very informative and includes a reliable sizing guide. The price was competitive with other outlets and delivery was prompt (I was kept informed about progress on a regular basis). They arrived in perfect condition and fit perfectly. Based on my experience I would not hesitate to recommend Buy Jeans!

Have been buying Jeans and other items here for many years now. There are alway good offers available and the communication and service is honestly fantastic. Highly recommend you give them a try. You will return again

This is my goto on line store for jeans and tops. I've been using these guys for many years and they never fail to supply top quality clothing at great prices. The tailoring is first class, and Becki and her team are awesome!!!

Really good prices, real jeans not knockoffs, quick delivery and excellent customer support when l had to call .
I would recommend this company with no quirms whatsoever

I ordered a pair of tailored jeans which were fine. There was a slight hiccup as when I received my jeans I found they had sent 2 pairs. I contacted the company and returned the unwanted pair. Several days later I got a thank you e mail and they offered a discount on my next pair which equated to discount of £12. Later they offered me a free T shirt which duly came with my jeans today. You usually find when you deal with small reputable companies like this you get superb customer service.
