Rubbish
I bought two pairs of jeans for myself and two for my son a couple of years ago.Just short of £225 .My son's were a perfect fit.My two pairs arrived ,having paid extra for tailored fit, looking like two sacks in the leg fitting.I tried twice to shrink them but to no avail. They sat in the back of my wardrobe since then and recently l put them in a charity bag vowing never to ' buy jeans ' on line again.Absolute garbage.lf it were possible l would give zero stars, but needed to get this out.

Hi Stephen,
Just to follow up on my earlier reply, I have now managed to locate your order from around two years ago and have looked into the details.
You ordered the same Wrangler Regular Fit jeans for both yourself and your son. Your son’s were tailored to a 31” inside leg and, as you mentioned in your review, fitted him perfectly. Your own pairs were tailored to a 27” inside leg.
There is absolutely no issue with tailoring a Regular Fit jean to a 27” leg, and we have successfully tailored many thousands of pairs of jeans for our customers over the years.
However, from your description of how you felt the jeans fitted through the leg, I think the issue here is much more likely to be the choice of fit rather than the tailoring. For someone with a shorter inside leg who prefers a neater closer appearance through the leg, a slimmer-fitting jean can often be much more appropriate than a Regular Fit.
I would genuinely be delighted to help you with this. If you would like to email me personally at luke@buy-jeans.net, let me know the sort of fit you prefer and I can recommend some jeans that I think would be much better suited to you.
It would be a shame for this experience to put you off buying jeans online, particularly when I think we can help you find a fit you would be much happier with.
Kind regards,
Luke

Hi Stephen,
I’m very sorry to read this, particularly as your purchase was made around two years ago and this is the first opportunity we’ve had to hear about the problem and try to help.
I’m pleased to hear that your son’s jeans were a perfect fit, but I’m obviously disappointed to hear about your own two pairs.
We have provided our tailoring service to many tens of thousands of customers over the years, with overwhelmingly positive feedback, so what you describe certainly isn’t the standard we expect. Had we known at the time that you were unhappy with the fit, we would have wanted the opportunity to look into it and put things right for you.
Even though it is now around two years later and you no longer have the jeans, I would still like to investigate what happened. Please email me personally at luke@buy-jeans.net with your order number and I will look back at the original order, including the jeans and tailoring requested.
Kind regards,
Luke

I have been a customer here for years (at least 3-jeans worth) but unfortunately my jeans were no longer in stock on the last occasion. I was informed immediately and given the option to cancel or wait until they had a delivery. I opted to wait and was contacted again saying that my selected leg size had not been received but if I wanted they would tailor a pair to my measurement. I went this route, they even added a free t-shirt when it was shipped as well. Honest prices and proper service, I shall be going back again and you perhaps should try them.

This time when I placed an order a mistake occurred on my part. Becki quickly solved the problem with great efficiency and very quickly. This company sells Quality Wrangler Jeans that are indeed a perfect fit to size and the service they provide is excellent. I will only be buying my Wranglers from this company in the future..
For me anyway, Wranglers have always beaten Levi's for fit, feel, size options and better still the 'look'- so, if you want Wranglers, then this is where to go to get them.
