I LOVE Bubbly Belle products and customer service. I have insomnia and was still awake at 3:30 last night trolling the web. I was on bubbly belle's site and saw a couple things my daughter's would like. I can't take baths any longer due to my wheelchair. Anyway, I was reviewing my order and I hit a button............ IT got sent !!!! I was horrified. I quickly wrote to the company about the problem. Within a mere few hours someone answered my email, told me to how to rectify my situation and couldn't have been any nicer if she tried. If only more companies had compassionate, and friendly customer service people maybe fewer folks would walk around with a chip on their shoulder and ice in their hearts.

The overall checkout process for this website is very deceiving because once you select your bubble bath bombs and Enter your card information it then asks you if you would like to add additional items onto your order which is very tricky because it almost makes you have to select something in order to get to the next page and then if you do add some thing it doesn’t show you what your total is until you’ve already placed the order. I mistakenly did this and my order which originally was supposed to be about $35 ended up being close to $80. I figured I would just wait to see what items I got and then upon arrival of the items one of the rings sets that I ordered was actually a duplicate set and I wanted to return it but their customer service only offered me $17 back but then also requested I return pretty much half of the items that I purchased which is a rip off because I paid close to $80 for my order. Overall I think the website layout of this company is very deceiving because they charge you for things you didn’t think would be charged for. Plus the bath bombs don’t really smell that much nor are they bright in color. The rings are pretty but I don’t think I would be ordering from this company again and will just have to take a loss for what I paid. Make sure to read all the fine print because all the important stuff is in small lettering.

Received a ring & bath bomb. Trying to see the value & when I put in the info it shows all kinds of sites to click on & when I click, it gives me more of the same to click. Can't find one where I can just enter the code, keep getting all these that say enter code here & it just gives me more of the same.

Bubbly Belle has been an awesome team they have treated me so well my friends has seen what they and we all will be useing Bubbly Belle again and again. I record mean them to anyone and anybody wants to order from Bubbly Belle..I'm already loving my ring can't wait till i throw this one in the tub jyst can't wait to see what i get next!! Just received my order last night, Took a bath and was very disappointed the fragrance of the ball did not last and it felt like a regular bubble bath except no bubbles lol. Nothing special a complete waste of money! The ring was cute something that can be ordered on wish.com Its no big deal very disappointing.

Bubbly belle Wonderful and so many ways not only Nails wonderful and use relaxing and it’s fun to find the ring in and to find out what you’re gonna get. All of the rings I have gotten so far a beautiful I was so excited to find out what I had for rain but it was too hot for a bath so I melted it in the sink sink

This company has the best customer service I have come across in recent years. My order arrived in my hometown but apparently was severely damaged by the courier and not able to be delivered. I contacted Bubbly Belle and they instantly checked the tracking and have now reissued the order to me. THANK YOU! Looking forward to getting my Bath Bombs soon.

But my last order i didnt get my free ring

So I had a mishap with my delivery. It was shipped via FedEx who I loathe more than everything but that’s another story. My package sat in the center less than an hour away from me for 4 days and then I finally see it got shipped to my local distribution center. My local center reported damage to my package. I wasn’t too worried cause how bad could it be? Well when I revived it it was bad. I was missing an item and I had a loose ring just kinda hanging out. I touched base with customer service and sent them a photo and my goodness. I had the best experience cause they were willing to replace the missing item and start the shipping process next day. That’s where I fell in love. The rings are cute and true to size and the smells were amazing. The one I used from my damaged package did crumble immediately but I wasn’t mad. I got to see the beautiful green ring inside quicker. All in all it was a rough experience due to shipping but the customer service was so above the bar I couldn’t be happier.

Ive been ordering from bubbly belle on and off.and ive never had any problems.i love the bath bombs.and their customer service has a quick response.not only that they have gone out their way to make sure i got my tracking number .thank you bubbly belle team.keep up the good work

So unprofessional. My mother had the unfortunate experience of someone getting her card info and This company not only not go by their policy but said she could not get her money back unless the products were returned..then after speaking with her she contacted them again and  it took her more that a month to get HALF of her money back because "they needed the product return before giving the rest of her money" when she never approved the purchase. After tracking the package from the end of March then it going back and forth from one FedEx location due to whoever ordering it not putting the correct address it finally arrives April 29th. I tell her to refused it and sent it back with a tracking number...when she called to let them know and to refund her they said they still needed the product to arrive to their location...after a heated conversation and asked to speak to a Manger (never did) they finally said she'd get a refund....never have I ever seen or delt with this lack of business acumen.

This company through the website is so shady!! They do this thing where they go you won a ring! Claim it? So of course I do! Ok so then you go to a screen your trapped in and you get one bath bomb for a $1 heck ya! Then it goes to get this deal add 2 more bath bombs at $13.95 a piece you get this deal and free shipping. Ok well that not that bad and I was planning on buying a couple so that’s fine. Then put your address in. Ok, but what’s the total? Put in your credit card. WHATS THE TOTAL?? It’s ok I’ll just put it in there’s usually a review and submit order page. NOPE!!!!!! $157!!! You just charged my card $157 for 4 bath bombs and a SUBSCRIPTION?! Absolutely not!! Will never purchase from their website ever again!!! SCAMY! If you have ordered these and liked them order them on Amazon where you can get a price before they arbitrarily charge you card for things you don’t want. Also the rings are junk rings, costume jewelry, not pretty and very old looking out of every ring I got only one is worth wearing. I reached out to customer service they cancelled the subscription.
