Don't even order FREE samples from this company. They are so cheap they don't even put the correct postage on an A4 envelope. So I got hit with a fee to pay card from Royal Mail for £2 and £1.50 of that is an automatic handling charge. Came on here and read the reviews. I won't even bother with this company. The samples can stay with the post office and be returned to sender.

extremely bad customer service! i read so many negative reviews about this company before placing an order but completely ignored thinking people are sometimes overly critical. They sent me a completely different shade of wallpaper (nothing like what it was in picture on their website) Spoke to customer service and they said i was wrong and the colour they sent was exactly how it appears on the website and i would have to bear the costs of postage. they are tricking customers with misleading information and refuse to take any ownership of items that don't match the description. please be cautious of such company which thrives on people hard earned money illegitimately. imagine the girl i spoke to over the phone said you are welcome to leave a negative review of the company - so they simply they don't care about the customers and their own reputation. all they care about is making money.

Ordered my wallpaper and was looking forward to it as I'd had it before and was going to use it in my new house, tracking my order, saw it had been dispatched, then had a e-mail from the company saying there was only 1 roll (ordered 4), so disappointed, there is obviously a communication problem somewhere as stock was shown as 15rolls!! :-(

Placed an order with them took three days to notify me that a item ordered was not in stock not good enough.

Avoid This company like the plague they only sell rubbish rubbish you can't get parts for and and unwilling to help you The curtain tracks I bought have never been on sale in this country . Roger

My order didn't arrive, I contacted them and they said Hermes had said it was lost in transit and they couldn't offer a replacement. I believe this to be a lie, as the tracking was with DHL anyway. It took almost a week to get a response about undelivered goods and the replacement offered was completely inadequate. The wrong size and colour for a splashback I had ordered. Avoid. It's cheaper for a reason.

As they say, you are only as strong as your weakest link and their weakest link is their delivery company, UKMail. They notified me of a delivery date, then missed it. Then, when it finally arrived, they didn't even ring the doorbell. The concierge wasn't in, so they called me complaining. I asked if they rang the door bell and he said, "we never do that". Really..............

Worst customer service experience ever. Bought item on ebay. I sent a message asking for tracking information as the item was late. Stock reply basically saying they don't have time for their customers and "if they don't respond" I should ring them or contact them through facebook! Very very surprised they're still top rated on ebay. Sadly this seems due to the volume of cheap tat they're moving and not customer experience. Please read some of the feedback on their ebay account brooklyntradingltd before buying. From what I can gather, if you win an auction at a low price, they'll mark the item as dispatched but never send it. Avoid at all costs. Pay a few quid more for better service and to know you're supporting a business who cares. These guys don't care if you're a happy customer.

Ordered a child's car seat fabulous price, great service from the customer service representatives, always happy to help and solve respective issues, I would definitely recommend this company for all your needs they sell a multitude of products all Fab quality. 😁 Definitely deserve the five star rating

A chaque communication le vendeur réclame avec un message type la photo du produit et des differents gencod qui lui ont été déjà envoyés...mais rien ne se passe.
Après 8 jours de dialogues stériles , j ai crée un litige Paypal qui une semaine plus tard a procéder au remboursement.

Ordered as stuff was cheaper than rivals but that would be because it never arrives. I paid next day delivery but after various communications I decided to give up after nearly 3 weeks and got a full refund, that is the only thing they done correctly. Waste of time and company's like this shouldn't be able to trade.

I ordered a number of curtain poles for a new house and there was a slight issue with the delivery. I had paid a premium for next day delivery. Having not received the items, my son was able to arrange to collect instead and I received a refund for the postage charges that same day. The items were good quality and exceptionally reasonable, and I feel that when things go wrong, as they occasionally do, Brooklyn was able to remedy the situation quickly and professionally. Would buy from them again.

Delivery 3-5 days apparently..... Part of my order arrived Saturday - the rest missing with information so I had to waste time calling them - twice. Been waiting a week, still missing items. I have a tradesman coming tomorrow who is using the paint I've ordered from here so now I can't risk it still not being here for tomorrow so have to spend my entire morning and loss of earnings buying paint. Not happy at all.

Claims items are in stock (see their website claim) but 5 days later an email arrives offering a refund or "exchange" of goods. No item even close to the original order available, so like offering to pick from a selection of bananas when you ordered an orange. Had to call 3 times and email despite requesting a call back. I work in a demanding service industry.........I would have been slaughtered for managing a customer in this way.
