This is definitely a fraudulent website,they advertise things with no intentions of honouring the transaction,it looks like there playing the numbers game as in at least 5 in 10 won't dispute issues,People beware,there is no website review page for these crooks that says it all,the only thing I don't understand is why we have no protection online from these predators!it cost me £200,I got nothing which I kinda new.
Trust pilot can you please look further into these people for the people,no receipt after sale,no tracking no,online chat no answer after I paid,cmon!

Scam, do not buy from this website. The phone number and email address do not work and the chat option doesn’t allow you to speak to anyone. Once purchased you will not receive and shipping info. Stay away from them

The overall experience was okay. The product met some of my expectations, but there were a few areas that could be improved, particularly communication and delivery times. Customer support was polite, and with a few improvements, the experience could be much better.

Don't use this website. Purchased an item has not been delivered or had any information regarding delivery. Tried to contact email bounced back and online chat doesn't work. Will try and get a refund but unlikely to be able to contact anyone. Luckily I paid on a credit card so will hopefully get my money back through them. If I could report this website to someone for it to be shut down I would!!

Avoid this company.
I ordered a swimming pool on 12 July 2026 and paid £273.49. I was promised delivery within 5–8 business days, but the order was never dispatched and I was never given a tracking number.
I contacted the company repeatedly and received different excuses and changing explanations. Eventually, they confirmed that my order had been cancelled and promised a refund within 2–3 days. However, the refund was still not processed promptly, and they delayed sending the cancellation confirmation to Klarna, creating even more problems.
I had to spend a huge amount of time contacting the merchant and Klarna and providing evidence of everything. The whole experience was extremely stressful, frustrating and completely unacceptable.
I would give ZERO stars if possible. In my personal experience, this is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with online. I strongly advise people to be extremely careful before ordering from this company.

Awful company - I’m not even sure they are a legitimate business.
I’d double checked before purchasing dispatch/delivery times.
After ordering, heard nothing - tried calling - the phone number is dead, e-mails get bounced back as undelivered.
On line chat works but you are just fobbed off - no item dispatched or delivered. I asked for a refund and am still waiting even for confirmation that this has been requested, I understand refunds can take time.

Ordering from Ecolytex was a smooth experience. The website was easy to use, and I received regular updates about my order. The product arrived well packaged and matched the description. Overall, I'm happy with the quality and the service. I would consider ordering from them again.
