Order not received.
Unfortunately I have yet to receive my order. Apparently the goods were damaged so were not delivered. I have reported this to the company and I am awaiting their comments.
They failed to contact me nor to my knowledge have they dispatched a replacement order.

Sent the wrong tracking details in an email.
Didn't give an expected delivery window on the website (by this I mean 1 day? 7 weeks?)
Asked for a review before the items could realistically have arrived so no idea what the quality is
