V prompt and good delivery. Well packed. Installation not as easy as video makes it look and we couldn’t get it to go tightly against the wall but solved the problem when we discovered the holes in the base. Actual mail delivery mechanism works well. Hopefully the waterproofing will make this box last longer than the other make we had previously. Have fitted the sensor recommended in video and it works well.
The niggles with the design - if the top drawer could be removed for installation and the lock is very low down if box is standing on ground - difficult to get down there to open if you are elderly. We would pay extra for a personalisation service. Our home made attempts haven’t been entirely successful so far.

Really pleased with both the product and service from Brizebox. A great addition to our home.

Efficient service and helpful customer service

Brixebox is great. Well made and robust and does the job. A bit fiddly to fit but otherwise fine

We were looking for a smart box and came across them at a building show. The box is fine and does what we need it too but the service and attitude is exceptional. A rare joy in the construction world during covid times!

Have not received the box ordered some time ago nor any information or explanation regarding the order.

A first class product which arrived on time……no complaints at all👌

I ordered the wrong box but this was no problem Helen at the contact office sorted for my box to be uplifted free of charge and replaced was very impressed with their customer service well done 5***** also their product is the best after looking at these parcel/letter boxes and comparing all of them

Thought may have turned up quicker, box is fine however as a builder of some 40 years it would be good if the bottom return plates on the frame were set back 10mm to allow for pointing as it is difficult to hide the front edge

Brilliant box, a little awkward to install but everything is supplied. Not to big and obtrusive at the front of the house

Very good product and costumer service.

Great job on delivery. The extra large box came well packed and the product itself is good quality.
As always we will see how it performs in the coming months.

Our order arrived on time and as described - would definitely recommend

Good product for the money. Competent DIYer could install. A determined thief with the right tools could break in, but strong enough to resist a passing opportunist. Arrived well packaged and on time. Good, helpful customer service.

Really helpful people, lovely product, sturdy and well made.

Great service, great product. Asked for a vat invoice by email, and it was sent very quickly.
