Really helpful and sorted very quickly

I love everything about this brand. It works, it smells delightful and I've not come across a more effective timescale remover which is chemical free yet. No plans to shop elsewhere. The range of product is great.

I love Bower Collective and look forward to receiving my monthly parcel. The non bio washing liquid and Fabric conditioner are fantastic, no nasty ingredients is really important for me.
Ordering and altering my order is so easy to do online and email reminders are so helpful so I can prepare for my next order and what we really need as a family.
Keep up the great work Bower Collective and thanks for making sustainable living simple and accessible.

I absolutely love my Bower laundry products - currently using lavender - a really clean, fresh wash and no build up of any residue in the washing machine drawer.

Products that really work and don’t damage the environment. Also love the recycled packs and free returns

I love the products and the concept, but they took a whole week to be delivered

Easy to navigate the website and ordering is simple. I have a repeat buy subscription but this is easy to change if I don’t need something. The toilet cleaner is effective and worth the extra money.

The products remain excellent, and I love the principle of what this company does. That said, the subscription model remains kind of awkward to stay on top of-sometimes we just have some weeks where we have to do more laundry! Also I will note that the ease of returning the pouches for reuse has gone downhill recently-first the change to have to add envelopes to your subscription order each time, secondly the move from a prepaid postage envelope to an evri drop off situation. It’s added more admin and steps to the process which is now harder to stay on top of in a household where we all have adhd!

Continue to be happy with the product, toilet cleaner, which is effective with a pleasant smell. Recyclable packaging.

It's so easy to manage your subscription. I'd like to see samples sizes to judge the fragrances, I'm not a lover of them all but Yuzu and Lavendar get 5 stars

The best cleaning products I’ve ever used. The limescale remover is so good, I recommend it to everyone! Lovely scent too.

I love the look of the products. And the limescale remover is the best ever.

Great products that do what they should. Only one issue is that the spray top of the bottle has stopped working.

Toilet cleaner is amazing much better than any other brand I have tried as is the limescale remover very impressive will definitely be re ordering

I've been using bower for a number of years. Really good quality products, good range and great to be more sustainable.

My only criticism is they have changed their returns process and its not as easy to return packets now.

Great packaging, smells can be more pleasant but good cleaning products. Also looks pretty in my bathroom.

Just received my Under the Tree Kit from Bower Collective and I,m so pleased with it. The scent is lovely and you can really pick up the pine, spice and gingerbread scents giving my kitchen a lovely chrismassy ambience. I love all the Bower products and this one is exceptional. I would highly recommend.
