Good communication and even better products.

I ordered two different things on two different occasions on the same day and they bundled it together so it didn’t come separately then messaged me to say we’ve built you twice for the postage and we will refund you which I thought was fantastic and an email to apologise can definitely recommend

The smell of the washing liquid is really nice and it just makes me feel better not having any toxins in my washing.

Product is good but the 5 litre pouch is too difficult to open and then spills a lot of the product before switching off- will not order again as too wasteful

Not convinced so far. I bought yuzu & lemon collection of bathroom cleaning products and the only product in set which really smells lovely of citrus is hand soap, the rest are pretty chemically smelling products. Sustainable - yes, lovely glass bottles and refillable pouches. Cleans - yes, does job quite well. What I did not like and absolutely didn't expect (and most probably presumed its green, clean and good for my health without properly reading description) is very very potent chemical smell in my house. I would not be able to leave toilet cleaner to work overnight in my toilet as would smell and breath the chemical stink all night and in this way can't validate that it cleans lime scale from toilet bowl. So, not sure it's great experience and I didn't get what I expected and most probably wasn't promised either. There are plenty people who buy "pretty looking stuff, wants sustainable" and think that cleaning stuff should smell horrible to actually clean. I'm looking for sustainable (yes!), cleaning well (yes!) but is also good for my health and about the last I'm not so sure in these products.

I have been having Bower products for a few months now. The procedure is very efficient I order when I need more and return the empty cartons with the envelope provided. I use the toilet cleaner, laundry liquid and hand-wash and can recommend them for quality and performance.

The Lavender Milk products are the best yet. I love the scent and they are really effective.

I like the reminder of my next order which gives me time to change it. It isn't easy to decide exactly what I will be needing months ahead of time so this opportunity to get the order right is great. Sometimes I need a quite different order, sometimes it is spot on without alteration. Also like sending my empties back. I am hopeful they can be recycled.

I love the products and the fact that we can reuse packages many times. When I do not need a product I can so easily delay delivery to suit the rate I am using them. I love the dispensers for the shampoo and conditioner, they sit very nicely in my shower cubicle and give the appearance of a hotel!

Toilet cleaner is good, thick clings to sides to clean well. But this was lavender milk starter set, and they don't smell of lavender at all. The overwhelming smell is chemicals. The bottles are heavy - have decanted the hand wash into a bottle already used as so heavy I'm scared of dropping it onto the sink. Might buy toilet cleaner again, but not others. Quite disappointed after reading reviews. Customer service was good and cancelled immediately, although you should be able to do this on your account.

The products smell beautiful. The cleaning power is really good. The bottles look very smart in my bathroom too

I love the ethos of Bower Collective. The products are so good, work well (as promised) and smell divine. My bathrooms feel clean and fresh after using these products. I like the ability to recycle the bags too. Easy process throughout.
