I like the fact that we could order quickly and easily online. The price was great but when it came to shipping, I put my correct address in my order. I have a copy of it, but yet it was shipped to a different house or company that they said no longer exist and canceled my order I had to re-order not very happy

5 weeks ago I ordered a saw blade. Still don't have it, tried to contact Bounth - no response to my emails, their phone number is bogus "not in service" DO NOT do business with this company (if it is a company??)

DROP SHIPPING SCAMMERS! They ship you junk directly from China and never touch the item. They charge you 3-5x what the item is worth and pocket the change. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS.

I ordered 4 blades for my reciprocating saw on November 7tn, one month ago today, and I still haven't received them. They apparently were in Houston 5 days ago in route to Austin. The tracking information they provide takes you to a site that my browser says is suspicious. I will never order from these folks again. I hope the blades work well because the price, $70 for 4 blades, is ridiculous.

Company gave tracking, but no link to a tracking site. They claim it's handle by Bluecare Express, but when I email Bluecare they claim it's not their tracking number. Company finally respond back they didn't use Bluecare Express, but that's what was listed in their shipping email so just ignore that if you order from them. They use JCEx Express and it took about 2 weeks to get to east coast of USA from China.
