I haven't received the product yet. The order status says in transit but nothing further. It says shipped by USPS. But when I go to the USPS site and enter the tracking number, I'm told it's not a valid USPS tracking number. I get the feeling I'm being ripped off. Product was ordered and paid for in early November.

I thought there was a bluebird, but the robin is our second choice.

It took so long to arrive that I had already corrected the issue. No idea whether or not the product works. I can tell you that it takes forever to arrive, and that I have received zero response from "support". I would not recommend purchasing from this company.

I received a completely different product than what I ordered and have gotten no response from customer service.

They shipped a package with tracking and I received a package delivered on the same day that they stated it had been delivered. However, the package included completely different products than what I ordered.

The return address is not their company. It is a first name and initial (Peter H) with a U.S. address, even though tracking showed it coming from China.

I have received no response after trying to contact the company through their email (which is the only contact information listed). They state on their website that they usually respond within one day but it has been weeks.

I'm convinced they scammed me. My only question is why they bothered shipping anything at all.

Only received half of what I ordered, I have reached out to customer service multiple times and have not received a response. Fingers crossed I can get a refund. Don't purchase from this site.

Slow shipping. I should have used Amazon instead but I don't like bezos and his bezoos getting wet inside dirty Sanchez

This company is a scam. They won’t send and info on order until you and then reply with fake inactive tracking number. When you follow up nothing but crickets. Beware fraud scammers stay away

The push to add more things to my cart was a bit much.

How long does it take to ship.I am still waiting

Purchased product on 9/2/25, received notification it shipped on 9/4/25, checked USPS tracking on 9/11/25 as not received; the tracking info was bogus. I've reached out to Blouth multiple times...can only email...and not received reply. I'm now disputing purchase and requesting refund. 9/15/25.
