Her skills and thorough examination, updating the prescription of my hearing aids was spot on and a better hearing experience. Also listening to my concerns regarding the charging unit was good.

My hearing aids were not functioning and she made the appropriate alterations there and then to my hearing requirements and returned the aids for servicing providing me with an interim set to use. Very efficient and customer friendly service

Laura Lilburn at Boots Hearingcare in Dundee is brilliant. My husband is 80 years old and is not tech savvy but Laura has the most patience and sorts him out every time. She knows her products so well and is such a good technician. Could not recommend her enough.

My charging station had stopped working so popped into Boots as I was in the town that day. Although Laura wasn’t available at the time, the receptionist took my name and phone number and passed my charger on to Laura for her attention. Later that day, I had a phone call from her to say that she had replaced the unit and was ready for collection. As I live a distance from the town, she offered to post it out to me. My unit arrived the next day! Excellent service, thankyou Laura.
