My hearing aids needed to be repaired and I consider myself so fortunate to have had Darren’s expertise in making them functional again. He made sure that all aspects of the aids were appropriate to my needs and patiently explained settings etc with me.
I can’t thank him enough for his kindness and taking the time, at short notice, to help me with them.
I won’t be going anywhere else for my hearing care in the future.

When you start to get tinnitus or lose your hearing you need a customer service that makes you comfortable and relaxed. This is exactly what I got, step by step explaining of what was going to happen, then a walk around the Overgate in Dundee with the audiologist with the hearing aids on. Explaining how it works with the app on your phone ( I work in tech and complete geek so love this). I have a check up of how I am doing in the next few weeks so that after care is second to none. If you are having problems with your hearing then Boots is the place to go.

Got hearing aids 2 months ago , this is the second time they have stopped working , they are going back tomoz for a full refund, when they worked the hearing aids are fine , but no working twice in 2 months is deff not good enough, hence they are being returned

Laura is so helpful and understanding when we visit Boots hearing Care. She is an excellent listener and that is very important for my wife, Kath who sometimes struggles to understand the technology involved. Excellent quick service, personal service from the audiologist, Laura Lilburn. The care my husband received was excellent from start to finish. He was assessed, tried out hearing aids and sent home with his new ones. Wonderful follow up care after. Hearing aids have made a massive impact on his and my life.

Where to start? Booking is easy. The audiologist, Laura Lilburn was punctual, kind and supportive. After years of struggling with a NHS hearing aid and a service that had gone from really good to abysmal with decided to go to Boots which we had heard good things about. We were greeted and my husband was taken through an assessment of his hearing. Everything was explained clearly. Laura established the level of hearing help my husband required and the range of hearing aids available. My husband chose the one he wanted and he was fitted with aids and sent out to the town to see how they were. He found them marvellous and we returned to Boots and he bought them. Laura showed us how to use the aids and set up another appointment, as a follow up. My husband has attended two follow ups where all the extra ways the aids can be used were explained.
All through the level of care has been astounding and the difference the new hearing aids have made to my husbands life is amazing.

Laura Lilburn could not have been more helpful and gave good tips and advice.

An unusually efficient, simple and prompt service. My call to the helpline was answered after 3 rings by a most efficient and fluent male (with a N. American accent) - who, in less than a minute, securely established my identity; figured out a remedy for my issue and seamlessly fixed an appointment for me at Boots Hearingcare in Dundee 2 hours later. As if that wasn't impressive enough - on arrival Ms Lilburn, there, promptly and cheerfully fixed my hearing aids - at no cost - and scheduled a follow up meeting in two weeks. Overall a surprisingly effective and efficient service - well done to all concerned.

Laura solved the problem for my husband immediately. He was in and out quickly with his hearing aids repaired.

When I phoned to make an appointment the call handler was friendly and helpful.
On arriving at Boots Dundee for my appointment, I was taken in promptly and cheerfully by Laura who listened to all my woes and reassured me as to what the tests entailed, explaining in detail the nature and reasoning behind them all with clarity and understanding.
