The Hotel Management Course (Short Course) is really relevant and useful. It widens my hospitality industry horizon skills and knowledge. Only con of the exam was some of the questions, the ebook provided couldn't find the info, I need to explore from outside sources. However, my overrall learning experience is great! Keep up the good work!

The Online portal is user friendly. It is very easy to navigate around it. The study manuals are easy to read and understand, they contain insightful information.

Very insightful course and i learnt a great deal. I was able to get a scholarship from doing this course.

Method of teaching

The study materials were superb and the assessment test spurred one into much study and research.

Using the site was clear and uncomplicated, the course was very intense but worth the time i spent on it, I did think the MS office 2016 section would be more in depth, I did learn something new about using MS Office 2016.

My tutor was on the ball and delivered rapidly on assessment results.

I enjoyed the course, I was a beginner and I wanted to explore what Cyber security was about. I found it very informative. The online process of studying is perfect and the query portal is available if you have any questions. Overall it was a good experience. Nothing negative to say really.
