The gym based coaching and assessing was really good. I found the case study a bit of a slog but well worth it as I gained so much new knowledge.

The Level 4 Strength & Conditioning course was immensely thorough from start to finish. I feel as though I am walking away with a far increased knowledge base and a change in my perspective when it comes to my own training and how I train others. I’d also like to add that the in person practical workshop was truly the icing on the cake, bringing it all together helping to put all of the theoretical knowledge into practice! Couldn’t recommend S&C education enough!

I have enjoyed the level 4 strength and conditioning course, it has been challenging but I have had great support from tutor Chris Duncan who’s knowledgeable and supportive. The flexibility of the course allowed me to learn at my own place.

The course format was very easy to follow, with well-structured content that made learning manageable and engaging throughout. The online lectures were extremely detailed and informative, breaking down complex topics clearly and thoroughly.

One thing that really stood out was the support from the tutors. Responses to questions were always very speedy, and any areas I was unsure about were clarified clearly and professionally. They also provided additional reading materials and resources to help deepen understanding beyond the course content, which was incredibly valuable.

The weekend in-person sessions were excellent. They were very detailed, hands-on and gave us plenty of time to practice, refine and perfect movements and coaching techniques in a supportive environment. The practical element really helped build confidence and apply the theory effectively.

A course that has pushed me to strive further. From the theory to the case study to the practical, it’s been a great journey. The practical workshops are definitely worth it to prepare you for the practical assessment. Help is always there when needed.

My journey with S and C education has been brilliant from start to finish. As a 30 year old, it's been a while since I had undergone such in depth learning and it was a little daunting at first with how scientific some of the material was, but the support given by the team was fantastic all the way along. Nothing was too much trouble and the customer service team is so fast and so helpful! The practical weekend especially was incredible - I learned so much and it was delivered in a way that was accessible for all learning styles and really made all of the theory make sense. I received really detailed feedback on my assessments which I have found rare in training institutions - you often just get a "pass, well done" but the feedback was so helpful and thorough. The course was challenging and the standards are high, but you'll be supported throughout and the whole journey has reignited my passion for coaching!
