I ordered a case for my new kindle and couldnt believe the price, however I did have doubts on what the quality would be like.

To my suprise the leather case was top quality and was dispatched very quickly. Very impressed and would certainly them again.

As above, ordered late (my fault0 for my wife's present and it arrived next day as they said it would, so lucky

product arrived fast and was what was ordered. good condition will use bcmdigital again

The item I purchased in 18/12/14 was a Crossley Briefcase style record player Guaranteed delivery before xmas .it never arrived sent 5 emails trying to get courier details. I . BMC digital did reply but with held this information
. Within 1 hour of contacting papal had full refund. Very disappointed and frustrated at poor customer service.

Kindle cover, skin and light were all great, just a little bit late with delivery.

Ordered 2 of these on Thursday 27th November. Arrived in perfect condition within 7 days. Very pleased with products. An emailed question was quickly responded to. Slow delivery at this time of year is not entirely unexpected. On this experience I would be happy to use BMCdigital again.

I ordered the new iPhone 6 case-mate case from the company on the 31st October and to date I still have not received it.

I emailed the company over the weekend and received a nice response today (10th November) that they would re-ship it. I do question whether I will get this based on other customer reviews and bad service received.

I have now requested a refund from the reseller (who has happily obliged) as I would rather buy from another reseller. Await the funds to be transferred.

Ordered a Samsung phone case for new model & it was delivered within 7 days to New Zealand. Good communication. Would deal with again

I ordered a wowee one hug and never recieved it. I sent them an email and they have not replied.

Ordered an Apple camera connection kit and it was delivered two days later as originally advised. Great service and product worked first time.

I purchased an item directly from the company website. Delivery was late and not in 1-2 days as advertised. The item was faulty and the security seals on the box were cut open. I contacted the company by email and they were insisting that they didn't post the item in that condition. They demanded some photos, which I sent immediately, and since then their response was extremely slow, if any. Now they disappeared completely - no response to emails and never to phone calls. I am giving a one star as there is no option for a zero rating!

I have decided to re-write my review, I would like to say its because BMC put things right quickly (but they didn't)!

The only reason they finally got in touch with me was because I had written a negative review on here. PayPal got my refund for me so well worth paying through them if you can.

Jamie at BMC has given me every excuse under the sun why I did not get the item, so I done a little more digging and it transpires that they could have never fulfilled the order as the manufacturer no longer makes that colour tri-pod?

Ordered a kindle case... Well done... I have received the case with an apology for the delay and Jamie has behaved politely and generously and should be congratulated for that....so all is well .. these things happen... Thanks...

Excellent and speedy

I had an issue with a Bluetooth device I bought which was not recognized. They have helped me every steps and managed to get it working. The replies were fairly quick and polite.

I have not witnessed such a quality service in a long time...

I ordered what I thought was a 'caseit' iphone 5 cover for my wife. I ordered it because I had one myself and was pleased with it, what arrived was something completely different and was of bad quality. Although the case was £9.99 I would expected a lot better. I don't usually leave a bad review but in this case I felt it necessary. It would cost me time and money to send back so it's a loss I will just have to swallow and not order a case online again.

I NO LONGER NEED THE PRODUCT WHICH I ORDERED SO I RETURNED IT AND I WAS REFUNDED THE SAME DAY AS THEY RECEIVED THE ITEM.

Good price, not the quickest delivery but acceptable and free so can't complain.
Their price was the best I could find and I would definitely recommend BMC digital.
I also like them being VAT registered so I get a vat receipt on request.

After 9 days waiting for delivery of item which was shipped and failed to arrive. Contacted service center and replacement arrived next day. Now that's what I call customer satisfaction.
