Part arrived not working. Promised replacement with next day delivery which did not happen. Tried calling on numerous occasions and sent lots of emails. Eventually received an apology and promise of replacement with next day delivery. Had email from Evri expecting parcel. After waiting a long time replacement still not arrived. Fortunately paid with Barclaycard and expecting refund. Huva customer service is diabolical.
Re-conditioned Dyson bought from Huva
I bought a re-conditioned Dyson from Huva and it does not work. The roller is rigid and it does not pick up.
I have emailed twice and attempted to phone on multiple occasions.
The cleaner was also pretty dirty when I got it.
They clearly do not have any interest in putting it right.
Steer well clear.
SCAM, No response or item
Placed an order for a refurbished Shark handheld (Order #25036) back on 18 April and it has never been dispatched, let alone delivered. No proactive updates, no shipping confirmation, nothing.
Under UK consumer law goods should arrive within 30 days where no delivery date is agreed — we're now well past double that. I've had to formally request a refund just to get my money back.
Hugely disappointing experience. Would not order again and can't recommend based on this.

Ordered a floor nozzle for a Shark vacuum cleaner which was sold as 'refurbished'. It arrived after a week but was dirty, very scratched and worn looking. I realised that I didn't need so emailed them for a return label. I received a response within 2-3days and was sent a return label.
I returned using the label provided and received an e-mail on 4 May confirming they had my return and to allow 12-14 days for a refund.
I have not received my refund despite sending 3 e-mails chasing my refund, 2 webchats where no-one responds and the tried calling them but get a message advising phone lines out of service until 12 May...it is now 29 May and still no answer but still get this same message.

I ordered a Shark AZ950UKT. It was advertised to come with all parts, handle/hose, crevice tool, pet nozzle it arrived with all of the above parts missing so the hoover was unusable, there is damage on the floor nozzle and the belt is hanging out the casing.
They also sent the complete WRONG model to what I ordered. I received a AX950UK instead. Which seems to be discontinued from what I can tell.
I managed to buy a handle myself to use the hoover oy to find it doesn't work.
The company have not replied to a single email or a single message on Thier website of which I have messaged and emailed almost daily for 2 weeks.

Item not delivered (ordered 25 April). Followed up and Huva responded to say it would be delivered the following week (mid May). After a month of waiting, I asked for a cancellation/ refund and no communication received as of yet from Huva (they have had 2 working days to respond). Do not purchase from this company.

Ordered a replacement part for my shark hoover on the 13th of May, now the 26th and still showing as processing and not been dispatched yet. Emailed them 2 also tried to phone and use the online chat but can’t get hold of anyone to see what’s happening with my order. Very poor customer service

Ordered a replacement head for a shark cordless vacuum. It arrived filthy, was definitely not refurbished in any way.
I contacted them several times on the phone to arrange the return, they kept saying they would send out a returns label which never arrived. Eventually I got the returns label and from the tracking information I can see they received it back nearly a month ago but haven’t issued a refund.
Have now reported them to trading standards, so hopefully they can intervene and get a refund issued. don’t bother ordering from here!
The worst
The worst! This has been a terrible experience. I purchased a product that was out of stock, even though the website allowed me to complete the payment. I never received a delivery date. When I contacted customer service, I was informed that they did not have the product and it wouldn't be available until next Wednesday (which was two weeks ago). I have contacted them again since then, but received no response at all. It seems they have products listed on their website to collect payments, but have no intention of sending them to the customer. Still waiting for a refund!

Yet another company out to rip you off, ordered a refurbished shark part that was in stock, received an email a couple of days after saying the item was out of stock until the following Tuesday then i would receive it on the Wednesday. That was the last i heard from them. Wednesday came and went and I've got no part and no reply from Huva after various emails, phone line does not work just some made up message saying phone lines are down until the 12th of May its now the 19th.... just reported it to citizens advice and waiting for the 30 days to be up so my bank can do a charge back. Lesson learnt to always check reviews on a new company.

Do Not Buy From HUVA.
Bought a Shark vacuum which stopped working within a month. They said they’d send a replacement part to save me having to send back the whole appliance. When it never arrived I contacted them again. They apologised, sent a 24 hour delivery tracking number but it still didn’t arrive. After giving it a couple more weeks I contacted them again but no reply. It appears the delivery tracking number was just something made up. From my experience I would definitely tell everyone to AVOID HUVA. Clearly not a trustworthy company, if they’re even a company at all.

The spare part was really good! Made me feel like my 8 year old shark hoover is brand new again. Will check some more products from this site.

I ordered a Shark nozzle. They took money from my bank account and didn’t send part. I have rung them numerous times where a message says nobody available. Three emails sent and conversed with I Bot. SCAMMERS!
Slow delivery, dirty product.…
It took several days to dispatch the part and one it was dispatched it took several more days to be delivered.
The part seems to work OK but it was filthy when it arrived. I would expect a reconditioned part to be clean.

It got delivered but was completely wrong and damaged item though on their website it’s advertised as professional refurbished parts..
I contacted them and they assured me correct part will be sent out on next day delivery but nothing arrived.
Rang then again and was advised to return the wrong item first to get my refund, got told a return label will be sent on email which to this date i am waiting.
I have rang several times but operator is saying mine is unavailable until 12th May.
Sent a message on live chat and got told representative will give me a call back in an hour but no one has.
