I had a great experience with my examiner Orfana manzoor She was calm, polite, and made me feel comfortable throughout the assessment. Her instructions were clear and easy to follow. She handled everything very professionally and fairly. I truly appreciate her supportive approach.

Totally unfair, this company works in one-way method, they have the right to cancel your assessment but you are not allowed to ask for a refund. I do not recommend this company for assessment.

Tim Holman is racist !!! Fire him from BLUE LAMP TRUST. He hates Asian. He identify his Targets by their names before test, I have bias unconcious experiance with him. He thinks he can hide his hates and bias acts but everybody understand the way he approach you.

He says nothing verbaly, his body language is very clear and the way he treats you, he hates people coming to this country for any reason.

It doesn't matter who you are, he plays role of a patriot person BUT patriotism and racisim are two opposite actions BLT must know that.

I fell asleep when i returned from the test, he is the first worse person i ever seen in the UK.

He must be fired!!! Blue Lamp Trust please fire him immediately.

Please do not book any test with him and stay safe.

I have been a taxi driver for many years now. However I failed my first assessment and was given advisory and encouraged to prepare for my next assessment by mis Mansoor. I passed today and would like to thank orfana Mansoor for her advic. She is professional and friendly and is a great assessor. Thank you again.

Going into the assessment my nerves were all over the place but after getting into the car with Miss Manzoor and starting my test I felt relieved as she was a nice examiner and made me feel comfortable while I done my test would definitely recommend.

I was given a very thorough assessment by Assesor Dean Heasley which gave me more confidence in my driving. Where I did have faults, I was given indebt instructions and debriefing on how to move forward. Even though he looks tough enough to make any driver nervous, he did manage to make me feel relaxed prior to testing.
