I had a very disappointing and unprofessional experience with Diamond Advanced Motorists.

For context, I passed my taxi driving test first time with Priority in Ipswich with no issues. Unfortunately, Priority was later deemed incompatible, so I was required to retake the test again and i choose Diamond.

The examiner from Diamond failed me and listed faults that I genuinely did not commit. The experience was extremely unpleasant. At the end of the test, he refused to tell me whether I had passed or failed, saying it was “company policy,” and spoke to me in a very rude and dismissive manner.

What made the situation worse was his attitude regarding their full training package, which I did not purchase. He implied that I was “trying to be clever” for only booking the test and not the full package, and I strongly felt that I was failed because of this, not because of my driving. The faults written on the assessment sheet did not reflect my actual driving at all.

Today, I retook the test with BLT Driver Training and passed with flying colours, with zero faults. This clearly confirms that the failure with Diamond was unjustified.

I would not recommend Diamond Advanced Motorists based on my experience. In contrast, I had a very good experience with Priority and an excellent, fair, and professional experience with BLT Driver Training

I had paid on the website for a taxi test on July 18th as per their website it's says local examiner will contact within 5 days and I received a call ok wed 31st completely out of their policy statement and the examiner was not local was national distance when I asked for refund they just washed their hand completely no trust on the company and I lost my money

The company had advertised as when we book for the test the examiner will contact locally as I trust them booked for the taxi test unfortunately the examiner was too far away from my location when I called them for the refund they replied only 7 days prior will be refunded I have booked the test on July 18th examiner contacted by July 31st was the first issue as their terms say will contact by 5 days but it did not happen and when I asked for near location did not helped and no refund as they it's says on their 7 days policy and they did not accept their fault.This is agency cannot trust as they created a simple website and cheating people as they don't conduct test they send sub contract to local driving instructor.I totally surprised to see this effect I completely lost the trust on this company as they won't help anything
