Used to be alright until they got a wedge of money from the Government . Now there's cancellations all the time . Took to many routes on without the drivers . That number 14 is always being canceled . Plus they are for ever changing bus numbers .

I think some times Blackpool Transport treats the residents of Blackpool as idiots .

Poor organisation and planning . Maybe a good clear out of the management .

Trouble is Blackpool Transport ( council ) as got the monopoly so it's going to be very hard to replace them . Personally I would like to see other companies running Blackpool Transport .

I regularly use the number 18 service. It is very rarely on time. The changed the bus timetable this week, making the times later, in order for the buses to run more to time. Since they have done this, it has made things far worse! The bus going to work this morning was 15 minutes late, bearing in mind children have to get to school, people have to get to work. The bus going home, didn't turn up last night at all, it didn't turn up tonight either. I have had to pay for taxis home both nights, which I couldn't afford. It has got worse since they changed the timetable. It looks like I am going to have to walk into Blackpool Town centre to catch another bus to get me home, that's 20 minute walk, just because you can't rely on the 18 even turning up, this is 3 nights running that it hasn't turned up now. They didn't even update their app to say that the service had gotten into Blackpool so late that they had taken that particular service off, I had to see the vehicle (by tracking it on the app) driving down the promenade back to the depot. Timetable, what Timetable??

One flat fare, surely should be cheaper if only going a few stops?

Get a day ticket or 3 day ticket to save money.

Impressed on how clean the trams are. No rubbish or mess.

I went to Fleetwood market from Blackpool and afterwards went to catch the bus back from Albert Square. I waited an hour, only bus 74 came.

I saw number 1 bus come to the junction but it turned right instead of left! I caught it from Albert Square many times before. The timetable at the bus stop showing busses 1 + 2 and others calling at this stop.

Google maps shows the bus calling at this stop.

I won't be going to Blackpool again!

Blackpool transport are diabolical. Time tables and app times are incorrect and tell you the wrong information. I was waiting for a no 5 to Cleveleys from Poilton le fylde and had to wait almost a hr and 10 mins for a service that should run frequently. When Blackpool, Fylde and Wyre merge in a few years. I would hope a more established companu like first or stagecoach take over.

good buses, always arrive on time, occasionally a little late... might be traffic. generally friendly drivers.

Third week running at a weekend early trams cancelled, this week it took me 45 minutes from cleveleys to get Blackpool where I missed my train again.
On the way home more cancellations with trams terminating at little Bispham rather than going through to Fleetwood. 1 hour 20 mins with waiting to get back to cleveleys I could have walked it faster. Terrible service that’s getting worse and more expensive than the busses. Two tickets purchased to get me home , what a joke !!

Buses cancelled without warning no mention on app why cancelled very poor service

It's unbelievable that for a company on which people rely on to get to work and back on time buses are so often cancelled without any notice or run late! The only job they have is to adhere to the timetable and it obviously proves too much for Blackpool Transport to do that! Also how dare you charge so much money for a ticket! Buses smell and are absolutely filthy!

Great service super friendly staff it's a pleasure to travel on the trams every member of staff goes the extra mile to help every passenger it was a pleasure
