This family run business has gone above and beyond and I can’t recommend them enough. I purchased a Royal Mail style post box and it was really nice, but over the winter months it looked like rust was around the box. I contacted them and sent pictures and even though they assured me it wasn’t rust, they wanted me to be happy. I was offered a replacement and I was so happy. I chose a more expensive one and went to pay the difference and they offered to pay part of the payment as well. I was lost for words and in shock, as family run business in this current climate giving me this choice I’m extremely grateful

Holly was friendly and very professional in answering my questions during the ordering process. She went out of her way to arrange a dispatch date that fitted in with our holiday commitments. Thank you.

Really lovely piece, looks beautiful in the garden and sturdy enough not to worry about in the weather.

Classy doormat! Excellent quality and very solid. Almost too good to step on... love it! Absolutely no problems from ordering to delivery. Very pleased.

Perfect, just as needed. Thank you Rhiannon!

Bought two little tin men to celebrate my daughter and son-in-laws 10th (tin) anniversary They were absolutely gorgeous!! Well packaged, delivered quickly and the workmanship was superb. Rhiannon in customer service was very helpful and altogether an easy and rewarding purchase. Would be very happy to buy again from them and can fully recommend.

My dragon adorned bird bath has arrived super quickly&well packaged. It's such a beautiful item. It was a great gift and the birds definitely loved to have such a stylish water source.
I have came across the products via Etsy.
Communication was always great during my previous orders too, thanks to Rhiannon who handled Etsy updates.

I received my beautiful little Robin today. So well made, it is a real joy to have. Bought as a gift for someone special who lost someone special- so this little Robin will always appear. Will definitely recommend to anyone to visit this site, I will order again for sure. Thank you.

Victorian lamppost arrived, looks great!
Very pleased with it and would recommend to others

I was looking for a novelty gift for a well-loved music teacher who was retiring after many years at a school.
I wanted to find something related to playing music with school kids, and both metal statues were perfect: both in size, decorative, and metallic.
I cannot wait to see his reaction.
Both products came quickly, were packed really well and were of excellent quality. I will be visiting the site again when in need of another novelty gift.

Superb craftsmanship. A really good find in Black Country Metal Works. My garden wall art looks great. Lovely service and good speed of delivery.

Excellent piece, price and delivery. I couldn’t fault anything. Was a gift for my partner and he loved it.
Would truly recommend.

Sue Ford made stress ease as she assured me I would only receive one lamp fitment instead of three which I thought I had paid for.
All my fault but Sue placated me and explained what had happened, yet to receive the product based upon Sue’s performance I am reassured I am dealing with a bona fide company.

Great customer service, I'd happily recommend this business, my sign arrived well packaged, fast & exceeded my expectations, lovely gift.

So very pleased with my birdbath. Beautifully made and speedily delivered, . Was so well packaged , just love it and shall be searching their website for other pieces.

We purchased a footballer made from recyclable metals for our grandson for his football presentation, as with everything else we have purchased from BensCountryForge we loved it and so did our 7 year old grandson. The prices are good, delivery is really quick and the product is always amazing. Rhiannon from Etsy customer services is always there to help if there were any issues which we haven’t come across with the company.

This morning received my very beautiful & more doorstops, fantastic quality, made beautifully, will be buying more from you. Will recommend to friends who want something of quality.

I was looking for a fun frog ornament for myself and found the perfect one on this website. Browsing on the interesting site I also bought some unusual gifts for friends that I am really pleased with - something for gardeners, bird and dog lovers…
Ordering was easy, delivery was quick - special thanks to Rhiannon. Always happy to support small family businesses that offer unique and good quality goods. Especially pleased to see up-cycling and repurposing of metal to make special ornaments.
