Pretty good service, fast delivery good delivery people but make sure you check the delivery ordered 2 tubes of silicone with our screan, unfortunately one of them had the end cap pushed obviously had been packed like that as no silicone in the sealed bag so had to go out and buy another one to finish the job

From ordering to delivering communication was really good. Orders a higher toilet for my mother and another for her to use at our house. Very please with fast delivery time and product is good. It will be a great help for my mother.

Products seem good thus far.
My goods were ordered, by me, for two weeks in advance and I was charged a stock holding fee £30 pounds or so, which I felt was harsh.
Delivery was apparently unavailable on Sundays/ Mondays per schedule. However the delivery guy said they did actually deliver on these days. Also kerbside delivery meant that the large pallet was parked between cars in the road so my wife and I had to unpack very heavy packages to make them safe indoors
We are both mid seventies. It wasn't easy!!!!!

Prompt service and delivery

Ordered a bath that was delivered with a slight fault. Decided that I didnt want a replacement bath and the company sorted out the return and refund. Excellent service throughout and I would definitely buy from them again.

Really impressed. Major retailers are selling hot tubs and messing customers around with delivery. Based on advice from a hot tub Facebook group I avoided them and went with big bathroom shop. I paid for next day delivery and it came as expected, very very quickly, updated delivery info and zero stress. Wouldn’t hesitate to order again!

Delivery etc was good, the product is not particularly good, looks good but not very rigid and rollers grind not good quality

Ordering and delivery fine but the product itself was not very good.
Considering it was a comfort height toilet the seat was extremely poor quality and has had to be replaced with something someone can actually sit on safely.
The wrong pan fixing kit was sent so i had to go purchase the correct one and the flush valve was again poor quality and difficult to setup and get working, i imagine this will need changing as well

Two years after purchase of a shower had a problem with the thermostatic valve. Maxiyum was very helpful promptly responding to my enquiry with advice checking calibration and then sending a replacement valve promtly when we confirmed the valve was faulty.

I had some issues which Karen professionally and courteously resolved for me and finally telephoned me to see that I was happy with the outcome.

Have ordered a full Victorian bathroom suite and the quality and price are excellent and great customer service throughout
