A shattered glass door
One of the glasses of the sliding shower door shattered by itself. I contacted Big Bathroom Shop via email because it happened during the weekend and they did not work Saturday and Sunday. I received a reply from Stephanie on Monday morning. She had organized the delivery of a brand new set because the old (damaged) one was still in warranty. I sent her an email with an enquiry to which she replied straight away. I was impressed by her quality service and professionalism.
In general I was happy how Big Bathroom Shop handled the issue.

It’s scary ordering such large items from a website without seeing them in person, but I’m so happy with the quality and if there are any issues then customer service is brilliant and will sort it quickly.
