Big Air Trampolines 

Unfortunately the delivery of my product has been a nightmare as i am still waitin ...day no 4 for part of my delivery to arrive ...4 wasted days and the delivery company used has a below average customer service . Very unhappy with delivery service ...watch this space !!!!!

Couldn't believe the delivery would really be next day - and free- especially during the run up to Christmas- but it arrived as promised. The trampoline is now waiting for Santa to assemble it!

Trampoline will be erected in Summer, will review then but so far, so good!

The trampoline is definitely better than our previous one as the jumping mat is more firm and allow to bounce higher. for easier frame assembly I thought the feet should have something to attach to the T connective part otherwise it disassemble everytime you move the frame. The only downside was the delivery, the courrier almost drop the heavier box on the floor when he realised I was heading to the garden, he then run to his van, dropped the second box by the front door, run back to his van and left. Beeing a woman and not able to lift the box alone I found that he was unhelpful and rude. But the product is definitely what I was looking for.

Ordered trampoline on a tuesday evening and it arrivesdd by the Wednesday morning !! boxes a bit battered but once checked everything was there...... took other half 2hrs to set it up on his own - we ordered the 7ft by 9ft rectangle and wow was my 5 year estatic - ..... couldnt of asked for a better present........

Fast delivery but I was disappointed to find when I got to the checkout that due to me living in scotland I had to Pay around £45 for delivery even though on main screen it said it was free. Very reasonabley priced site.

Trampoline arrived the day after ordering, easy to put together and brilliant value.

bought a 14ft trampoline for my granchildren ordered one day arrived next day but box had been damaged it transit sent an e-mail to customer services got a reply right away and problem solved
cannot expect any better

great service order on sat night jumping on it on tuesday all parts easy to put together sturdy construction and safe to use excellent all round grandkids love it

i have used twice now for my son and my granson always found product good ,good value for money and good service.what more can i say!!would definetly use again and would highly reccomend thanks

Easy process and prompt delivery

I bought the 15ft round trampoline and i must say my son absolutely loves it.
The only problem now is trying to get him off it.....
All in all a great purchase,Five stars to Big Air Trampolines.

My trampoline was delivered within 48 hours and we are very pleased with the product and it's great value for money!

The only issue I have is it came in 2 delivery vans at different
Times of the day, thankfully my neighbour took the items in!

Maybe this should be explained on the delivery email.

Having done a considerable amount of research I have to say I am delighted with my trampoline (I am 52 years old) and I bought it for myself and what's more I live in Cyprus! I bought the 10 Extreme. Easy to assemble but best with the 3 men I had to help! Customer Service was good through e-mail as I needed to know the exact size of the box for shipping. Thank you Big Air.

Disappointed with the inital delivery, as only received half the trampoline. Tried phoning , but could not get through, eventually received the other half the day after and realised ladder was too small for the trampoline. Would recommend trampoline , but companies services could be better.

The trampoline did not take long to construct-about 1 hour (3 of us). The safety net is slightly smaller than the trampoline circumference size itself!

The trampoline is quite squeaky, even with just one person on it but it's great fun!

The online ordering was straightforward and quick and the item was delievered in a couple of days.

We ordered this trampoline in the evening, it arrived 2 days later, we received an email to keep us informed about the delivery day, very efficient. The trampoline is great and at a good price.
