Big Air Trampolines 

Ordered trampoline and steps. Trampoline is great and had no problems putting it together. We ordered the steps to fit the height of trampoline but when put together the trampoline was 20cm higher than advertised so ladder too small. Annoying. I would recommend ordering by phone as staff seem to know what fits. I have to pay to return the ladder and wait a month for bigger ladder as out of stock. Shame website information is inaccurate.

Easy to assemble and very bouncy. Just hope the padded plastic covering the springs doesn't rip like they all do. Entrance through netting should have heavier duty matting on it 'cause of wear n tear. Will see after summer if this has survived the traffic, am not too hopeful. Bought this trampoline cause matting looked better quality .

Really pleased with the product in terms of quality, look and customer service.

Only negative is around the assembly instructions - for such a premium product, I'd have expected a better quality assembly instructions with clearer pictures, better English and pitfalls to avoid e.g. making sure the square hole frames for the safety net are on the outside of the frame (we fell for that one and had to start again by the time we got to instruction 17 or so!!) plus the netting shown to be inside the safety poles not outside like the picture shows!

That said, once assembled, I'm a very happy customer!

After reading some other reviews and learning about problems with delivery, I almost went with another 'tried & tested' company! BUT the value I was getting for my hard earned pennies was too hard to resist, so I took the chance and i'm So glad I did.. My trampoline arrived without a hitch, I placed my order late Wednesday evening, it dispatched Thursday & arrived Friday (happy days).
I have had spine surgery and need low impact exercise, i've tried a small exercise trampoline but didnt quite feel that I was getting a workout, but the spring action, size & stability of this Adult mini trampoline is FANTASTIC, I love it! It was very easy to put together, hangs on my garage wall when not in use and is a great fun way to exercise (put your fave music on and just dance & bounce) I totally recommend this item & this company.
I do have one small moan though, when I signed in to check status of my order it remained at 'processing' stage, an update to status would be very helpful to let busy people know when their order is out for delivery so they can make arrangements to be at home to accept/sign for it.
But big tick for over all Service, Quality & Value.. Ta!

Reasonably easy to assemble, not quite as sturdy as previous trampoline but better height for two small grandchildren. Good system for fitting safety net, feels safe which is important for young children. Looking forward to seeing them on it at Easter.

My son's trampoline arrived on time - on assembling the frame one of the pieces was out of shape and needed replacing. One quick telephone call to the company ensured a spare part would be on it's way. Hopefully this will arrive tomorrow and my son can bounce bounce bounce!!!

Kids will love it, and adults to!

I have a big-air trampoline & enclosure, the kids love it. I needed a new safety enclosure after 4 years but the trampoline has had some good use so expected to replace this at some time. The replacements are easily accessible to order with delivery very speedy, and Big-air back-up support is 1st class. A good experience to deal with them. Highly recommend to anyone.

Ordered our Extreme 8ft Trampoline and it was delivered within 48hrs. My husband put it together on his own which took approx 2 hrs, it was very easy to put together. My 9 year old daughter and her friends love it, as do I!! We're really happy with it and recommend it to anyone who is thinking about buying one.

Have not yet built trampoline as it is for Grandson's birthday. Big Air staff have been extremely helpful, immediately fixing little issues with the delivery

I have now waited in for 4 whole days for my product to arrive with no luck. Fingers crossed it turns up tomorrow as promised for the 4th time!!!!

Excellent product, lightning fast delivery, quite easy to assemble and a real Xmas hit present for the entire family...and friends...and neighbours etc. etc.

And now stop reading the reviews and get your own trampoline while you can!

Bought 14ft trampoline and enclosure at £210, half price. I had no problems at all and in fact had good customer service when I phoned as it was the Christmas holiday period and I was unsure of delivery times.
The only reason I haven't given 5 stars is because I wasn't impressed with the assembly instructions. At times the grammar was poor and at others, the instructions on the manual were completely wrong! There were parts on the instructions that weren't with the trampoline.....they were I suppose instructions for a similar one. However, we did work it out. A list of parts and which were which would have been helpful.
We did however get it together and the kids love it
