Bought a spring mat and was delighted at the ease of on line purchase and extremely quick delivery - 5*. However, the spring mat is cheap and low quality - unlike the original padded mat that comes as standard with a trampoline, this is a thin, loosely covered version that flaps, is noisy and baggy. On defence of the suppliers, it is well represented on their website picture - just don't understand why there isn't a better quality version available like the original. Which is all we wanted and were prepared to pay for.

Good value and fast delivery of trampoline - within 2 days on a standard service.
Not all components arrived the same day (trampoline, enclosure and cover arrived together followed by ladders 2 days later and the anchor kit did not arrive at all initially) but this did not stop us using the trampoline. Emailed big air trampolines about the missing anchor kit and a new one arrived, again, within 2 days.
Excellent customer service but I have had better information/tracking of orders over the internet.
Would definitely recommend to a friend.

Bought the 8ft Extreme with safety enclosure. Great trampoline & delivery was excellent - ordered Monday morning, was delivered on Tuesday and the driver called to let me know he was on is way. I'd done lots of searching and couldn't find anything cheaper online that looked of equal quality and now the trampoline is here, I'm glad I chose this one. Will recommend to anyone I know who is thinking of buying a trampoline.

great support downloaded a help and assembly sheet and all was fine with the order came next day as promissed

Delivery was prompt and the supports and netting simple to erect despite a brisk wind.To early to comment on durability/wear and tear etc. but it all looks good so far.

Ordered on a bank holiday Monday got it on the Wednesday , perfect, children got a nice 14ft surprise as it was set up ready to go within 20 mins, and my husband did it all on his own! I fully recommend this product and this company, thx guys Sam robinson

This is a good, well made trampoline at a good price that arrived the next day. The assembly instructions could be a little clearer. Ours also had a broken spring but Big Air have said that they'll send out a new one. Communication from Big Air has been very good to date. The trampoline came with a newer style safety net. Our neighbours have the older style net and we both agree that the new nest are better. The instructions should advise that a few springs are attached on various sides first as its near impossible to attach the final springs if adding them one by one in rotation.

Delivery was very fast, my hubby put the trampoline up today, the kids have been bouncing for hours!!!!!

Service was fantastic. Delivery was very quick. It took my husband and father in law just under 2 hours to put it up. The instructions were poorly written but it's a common sense thing! The trampoline is really good quality and very safe. We looked at lots of different sites and picked this one as it looked great and had lots of product information. I would definitely recommend using this company. The only thing I would change if I could is that net has toggle fastenings and would have preferred a zip as it is easier for the kids!

Needed accessories for a hand-me-down tampoline - helpful service and next day delivery a real bonus.

Large selection for all users, next day delivery at no extra cost as long as you help unload can be assembled by one person but two is easier.

Ordered a 12ft trampoline without enclosure. My kids didn't need the enclosure as there a lot older now and been doing it for 6 years.
I had shopped about on google looking for the cheapest 12ft one and found this was the cheapest.
I put it up myself which took me over a hour which I thought was pretty good for me haha!
Kids love it and convinced it bounces higher than there old one, I can't see the difference lol
I would rate it 10/10

Website good, ordering process good, dispatch timeliness good, product good and delivery corier let the whole side down! No tracking, no ability to communicate with the courier and 3 days to deliver what should have been a next day basis.
