Big Air offer a First Class efficient service with best prices for their products & excellent customer service. What more can anybody want from a supplier.

The trampoline is a good product. The size and weight seem good and strong.
The shape is great for my garden. The next day delivery was free and the courier service used was friendly and helpful. But the instructions provided are very poor. There are no clear pictures, maybe a web video would be helpful? Or actual pictures, not line black and white drawings?
I managed to assemble it in the wrong configuration first time round, which meant that the jump mat wouldn't fit and I am an engineer! There are 3 too few bolts/ plastic spacers provided which means that the safety poles cannot be attached and the customer service team are so grumpy I am still working up the courage to phone them in order to get some more sent out.
I was recommended this site by a friend, but my recommendation will not be quite so complete.

I ordered a 12ft round trampoline on Wednesday evening and it was delivered on friday afternoon. Which is brilliant service. The only thing that I was concerned about was that after I put all my credit carddetails in and confirmed order, I didnt get a cconfirmation email which worried me. Apart from that Fantastic service. I havt put the trampoline up yet as ots for my daughter birthday next week, but im sure everything should be fine.

Good on line information, easy to order and delivered as detailed. Helpful and polite staff when I contacted the company by telephone. Only one comment for improvement was on the 3x calls I made it averaged 7 minutes per call on hold before being connected, which was slightly inconvenient, but the staff were well informed and able to help with each query very quickly, including contacting the delivery company for details. The 6 x 9 foot rectangular trampoline is perfect - a great size for our garden but definately large enough to enjoy bouncing - for all family members from 3 to 83 years old. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. The trampoline was put together in about 2.5 hours, mainly single handed, with 2 people required for a short time to fit the mat and springs. Very happy with the trampoline, the quality is great, it looks good and is sturdy and very bouncy! Great customer service. Our 3 year old can't wait each day to go and bounce and it is helping keep mum fit too - I've noticed a difference in only 4 days and i've only managed about 10 to 15 minutes a day before being told "it's my turn now mummy" . The trampoline padding I ordered arrived the following day as advertised. The padding is as thick as the original one, (which had disintegrated after several years hard use !). It was really easy to fit with 2 of us, but I'm sure one person could have managed OK. Only time will tell if it lasts as long as the original one, but overall we are very pleased with it.

Ordered goods, they arrived.

Not much in way of instructions, but these were replacements so knew what to do.

We replaced a ripped trampoline net and padding round the side which was falling to pieces. Our last order was around 2-3 years ago. So that gives you an idea how long it lasts. The trampoline itself is still fine.

Also ordered ladders, which work well, although a little sore on feet - perhaps some rubber around the metal rungs would help.

I ordered the item easily, I then got an email to confirm it and to advise date of delivery - which was the next working day! Very pleased with the item and with the service.

Delivered next day, easy to fit! Trampoline looks brand new. Hope it will continue to look nice when exposed to harsh weather though.

The goods arrived next day as promised with everything as per the order.

Set up was a bit harder than anticipated. It needs at least 2 people to fit the springs and preferably a third to hold the trampoline in place while someone pulls the mat in the opposite direction to connect the springs when the tension builds up.
Once set up everybody loved it. The safety net was soon asked to do it's job and worked very well keeping my young grandchildren safe inside. They loved it and so did their mum.

I was very pleased with the prompt service and the trampoline is perfect for our garden, this was as a replacement for another big air trampoline that had become worn after constant use over 4 years.
The last trampoline had better fixing brackets and on the third time on entering the trampoline the zip on the safety net broke.

Arrived quickly ( two days) easy to erect and the kids are having a ball!!

The delivery next working day is not true . When you are ordering at checkout it doesnt tell you that you have to order befre 12pm , this is only in small print . When I called after booking on a thursday I was told that the delivery would be Monday . I asked if this as guaranteed and they said no as it was with external couriers . Ended up picking it up myself from a local depot Saturday morning . Be clearer on your website to show delivery policies up front instead of hiding them in small print . When we did get the product assembled it was great and good value for money

Excellent quality and price, delivered free next day as promised

We purchased a 10ft trampoline, with enclosure, which was delivered very quickly! It was quite easy to put together and the instructions were clear (although a lot of it is common sense so we probably wouldn't have struggled too much). The children were able to bounce on it the very same afternoon and have already had hours of fun on it!! We've had a bounce too - great fun!! Time will tell if it's a good quality product, but so far so good. The only comment I have is that I'm not too sure about the toggle fastening as it's a bit fiddly for the children - a zip would have been better? Many thanks :-)

We were very pleased with all products purchased and the delivery of the items, the only comment to make is that there were no assembly instructions for the enclosure. It was however easy to construct but it would be reassuring to know that none of the safety requirements had been missed.

Very happy with the whole service. Within 2 working days we had delivery. Everything was well packaged and labeled. A couple of the pictures in the instructions were not as clear as they could have been but this did not stop me putting everything together within 2 hours on my own.

Everything looks as though it will last but only time will tell.

The good thing is the kids slept in much later this morning. Hurrah.

Hiya,the trampoline surround is great,a perfect fit and so easy to attach.i was a bit
surprised about the colour,blue and white panels but it actually looks really good and
eye catching.
The all-weather cover is a different matter.The draw strings on it seem to work very
well,however I ordered a 12ft one and it seems they have sent a 14 or 15ft one
instead,not sure which its hard to measure something that big when its windy!!
I am sure they will exchange it though,at least so I hope!

good trampoline but the surrounding pad over the springs is of the poorest cheapest quality tarpoulin material, very disappointing indeed, also trying to make the netting poles stay upright is a challenge and they move in use
