Big Air Trampolines 

Ordered a 6x9 rectangular trampoline. When we started to put it together it was faulty. Telephoned the company and was told to email photo's to them and someone would get back to me. I reported the problem 48 hours ago and still no one as contacted me or replied to the 3 emails I have sent them. I just want this company to arrange a courier to come and collect it. Don't think it should be up to me to chase up the company to contact me or for me to arrange a courier myself to collect the trampoline. I haven't just changed my mind about the trampoline. I was sent a faulty trampoline and it cost £229.99 which is a lot of money to me and my daughter was so upset that she didn't have the trampoline that she was promised for working so hard in School. I think a company shows it worth when you see how they react when customers have problems.

Ordered with a specified delivery date to ensure it was a surprise for my daughters birthday. Unfortunately came early so no surprise !!!!!
Having great fun on it though!!

Srong solid trampoline. Excellent price, delivered quickly and on time, took my partner and his brother just under 2hrs to build (with 2 excited kids running round there feet) would definitely recommend.

This trampoline is exactly as descibed and easy to assemble. Its very bouncy as told by my daughter and a great size. Very well made...would definitely recommend. My daughter is extremely happy with it. Delivery was quick and was delivered when it said it was going to be. Thank you big Air Tramploines!

Ordered it on the 1st of june its now the 12th june and no contact made to me yet. I know its probably the courier but the clients money is taken straight away ,the supplier should at least make sure his client get what you paid for in a reasonable time frame. I could have driven to the tip of Italy and back by now.

We ordered a new net, pads, ladder and shoe tidy for a trampoline we purchased 3 years ago. Delivery fantastic and trampoline is now like new!

The product was delivered very quickly. However, when we opened the box to assembly it, 3 of the legs and a spring were missing and so the kids were very disappointed they couldn't use the trampoline. However, Big Air were very quick to respond and remedy the situation and the missing bits arrived a few days later. It was easy to assemble and now the kids are delighted with it.

The service was great. They let me know when the trampoline was dispatched and it arrived when they said. Very easy to put up and we already have had lots of fun on it.

First of all boxes were left across the road at neighbour. Then don unpacked all boxes and we noticed small pieces of silver metal in the w stands box. Then discovered that the had been the locking studs. There were four missing. Then the w legs appeared too large for the 8ft trampoline. My granddaughter was very upset as it was for her birthday. Contacted customer services who advised I send photographs. I did this. Received a call asking if we would accept replacement. Advised no as could not wait another few days. Requested speedy refund and was advised would not get this until the boxes had been returned to them. Felt this to be poor as my money had been taken before I received the goods.

We were emailed that the item would be delivered on Monday but it arrived on Saturday, fortunately we were in to take delivery of it. The trampoline is great and we all love it. The instructions for the safety net were poor however as it has been put together per the instructions with some pieces left over. I went online and found a page to the instructions were missing and a stage of the construction had missed a part out. I now have to take the safety net frame apart to put in the missing pieces which is very frustrating. I am sure when it is all done we will think it is great and soon wonder what all the fuss was about!

Didn't show you how to put up the safety net or when it was best to secure the legs. Found myself having to go and undo the lot to put the net up. The net ties?? Just work it out for yourself. The item itself, very good. The instruction booklet a real let down, making the assembly harder than it should be.

Easy ordering and a simple process for the delivery address, hoping the same for the return ,I need a smaller size.

After the battering our trampoline took over the winter we couldn't risk the children playing on it,all the net was ripped and the safety mat was all threaded. I did a quick internet search and found the site for Big Air Trampolines among others, their site was very easy to use and I have to say the accessories were very reasonably priced compared to a lot of the other sites. I ordered the new net and safety mat by 11am and they were with us just after 9am the next day. It was a perfect fit and for less than £55 looks like a brand new trampoline. I would highly recommend Big Air Trampolines to family and friends and anyone that takes the time to read my review.

Ordered this trampoline after sending one back ( from a different company) as the noise was horrendous. This is like a stealth trampoline compared to that. Easy to assemble and looks good. Only issue we had was the city link delivery company. They only delivered 2 out of 3 boxes and after some confusion about where the other box actually was, they delivered it a few days later. Overall very pleased with the trampoline but not the city link couriers.

waited in all day for next day delivery, and when chased courier up next day because had not received the trampolines, and they said they could not find us with correct address which is used often.

Bought Big trampoline about 8 yrs ago. Replaced the padding round the edge about three years ago. Needed to replace it again. Found 'Howleys' padding looked good value so got it but, padding was thin and narrow. (Nice dark green though!) Anyway, not happy it would give enough safety for crazy, somersaulting daughter, so checked out Big Air themselves, which I hadn't done first time around as I'd assumed it'd be more expensive. Anyway, surprised to find it was actually about £8 cheaper. When it arrived, (which was very quickly) I was even more surprised to find thicker foam and wider too than Howleys. (shame it's blue and white and looks like a life-belt - but it was safety I was after so I'm not grumbling!) Incidentally the actual trampoline mat itself still shows no signs of wear after all these years and we don't even cover it in winter.

I bought a 14' trampoline and I am (or rather my younger son is) completely happy with it. It had all the bits it needed, it was easy to put together and I would recommend it to anyone with a big enough garden to put it in.

Placed order on tues. Had email from city link on weds confirming delivery for thurs. Nothing had arrived by 4.30,so I called Big Air trampolines.. who told me no delivery is guaranteed (even though it does state 24hr delivery on website!). Was told he would get someone to chase the next day..no apology and no concern that I would have to yet again reorganise my work schedule! I had to call them and the courier myself the next day and chased them several times through the day. I did receive part of the trampoline that day,but no explanation as to where the rest of it was. More phone calls,to be told several times that it was not fault of big air,but the 'third party' fault. The attitude,although polite, was thatit was up to me to chase the courier and not trampoline company! After many useless calls to city link,who offer no customer service at all..third box arrived sat afternoon,battered,ripped and with poles hanging out. It was left in our garden. I would not recommend this company or city link. How either are still in business,with their general lack of customer service or concern is beyond me

We bought green, 8 ft one. Its hard to find green trampolines so we are pleased as it looks great in the garden. Kids commented on a good bounce and assembly was easy. Recommend.
