Very impressed with the next day delivery service. The order was correct and nicely packaged. Love the free Barbour scarf which came with the purchase. I have no hesitation of ordering from them in the future.

I ordered a jacket which was clearly showing as 'In Stock' on Fri pm. The order went through ok online, so I immediately checked my bank account and the correct amount of money was waiting to be debited. The jacket was to be delivered using Next Day delivery with UPS, and because it was ordered on Fri pm I didn't expected it to arrive until the following Monday. However, there was no sign of it by Mon pm and I hadn't received a delivery time from DPS, so I phoned BestintheCountry to see if there was a problem. I was told "Sorry, we have had a very busy weekend, my order was being processed and should be with me either Tues or Wed by DPS, who will email a 1 hour delivery slot early on the day of delivery". Nothing arrived on Tues and after failing to receive an email from DPS by lunchtime on Wed, I phoned again to see if there was a problem. I was told "your order is being processed and will be with you Thurs". During a routine check of my bank account on Thurs morning, I noticed that the money for the jacket which had been waiting to be debited was no longer waiting to go out of my account. I phoned up at 9am to find out what was going on and after eventually getting through at 9:20, was told "Sorry sir, the garment is at our other warehouse and they must be having trouble finding it. Hopefully we will receive it in time to be able to dispatch it today”. Due to their lack of communication, waiting almost a week for a ‘Next day delivery’ item which hasn’t even been received yet by the dispatching department, and no guarantee of any future delivery date, I cancelled my order with them. Not exactly ‘BestintheCountry’ service. I will have to seriously think twice about ordering from them in the future.

Cool new red jum...wait a minute....!!!! Why is it blue? Okay, so I ordered red and you guys sent me blue and I quite like the colour and I decided to keep the jumper. I hear it’s going to be cold this winter and this will keep me warm while out and about. Besides; me sending it back won’t be worth it as the item is £7.86 (including tax) and P&P (Postage and packaging) is near enough £3.00 and me sending it back would be about the same and you people probably won't refund return postage so I'll be left with £2.02.

One of the most irritating web sites I have ever come across. I you do not continue to order after you have put items in your basket then the basket is emptied when you go back. They do not store your address and so each time you have to re-enter your address. Also equally baffling was a message that appeared after I had entered the billing address which is different to my delivery address. Difficult site to navigate around and they do not keep any records of what you have previously looked at, so if you want to have another look at clothes you previously had a look at you have to take a tortuous route around the site to try to find the same clothes again. Have they ever heard of cookies I wonder. All in all so difficult that I gave up.

I ordered a jacket and am amazed at the fabulous service, price and attention to detail.

The Jacket arrived the next day, was at a great price and with a free gift (Barbour scarf). Not only that but the courier information and the estimated time of delivery were texted to my phone, and were accurate too.

Ordered a lab coat yesterday at about 3PM and was on my desk by this morning.
Very cheap and efficient.

I ordered my Barbour jacket on Wednesday night - at a price better than I could find anywhere else. I received 2 emails on Thursday, one telling me that it would be despatched soon and then the next that it had been despatched. This was followed up on Friday by a further email giving me the estimated delivery time which was spot on. I'd already tried the jacket on in a shop and so I knew the sizing would be right but ordered online to save myself £20. Great shopping experience and the free scarf is an added bonus. Would definitely shop here again.

I ordered a ladies Barbour jacket on friday. I ordered with "Bestinthecountry" as i could not find the jacket stocked anywhere local, and was enticed to use their website as it came with a free Barbour scarf and free delivery.
My jacket was courier delivered this afternoon; Monday. They sent emails to update the delivery status and i was notified this morning of my hourly slot, which i was very impressed with. Not all companies use couriers that provide this service.
So all in all an excellent shopping experience for me, i love my jacket and the free scarf is a lovely bonus!! Would recommend.

5 days elapsed between a confirmed order for goods and an email saying they could not fulfil the order. This was despite the goods being clearly identified on the site as available and in stock.
Be warned that although they have promised to refund payment, they appear totally inept at letting you know if things change in a reasonable time. The trust element of e-commerce is apparently lost on them.

Jeg har handlet med bestinthecountry flere gange og gør det gerne igen. Eneste lille minus, er at de til tider ikke får informeret om at en vare ikke er på lager og leveringstiden bliver lidt længere.
