Barbour boat shoes ordered on Friday afternoon. The item was delivered on Monday just after 13:00 (during covid19 lockdown). I was very impressed.
It's my first but definitely not last transaction. Thank you.

Do not buy from this utter shambles of a company/dodgy setup.
They are advertising items for sale that they do not stock.
I order a pair of Barbour shoes, waited and waited - nothing. Emailed them (because the only phone number is a high cost 0845 one), got a reply claiming they’d called Barbour and the item wasn’t available until mid-Jan. interestingly I can still order the same item directly from Barbour so it seems the shoes are available.
I wonder whether anyone would have bothered to tell me the shoes weren’t available had I not chased the order.
Total rubbish. Hassle not worth the couple of quid savings this website purports to offer.

Great Service. A bit long for shipping but 7 days to France is stil very correct (we are spoiled by fast deliveries today). Beautiful Barbour jacket at a bargain price. Will shop there again

Ordered Barbour wellies on Wednesday at a good deal cheaper than anyone else, had notification on Thursday to say they would be with me on Friday.
Received my wellies on Friday morning as promised.
Very happy customer- excellent customer service.

Placed the order on Sunday. On Monday I received the shipping notification and the parcel arrived on Tuesday. Great service and a great saving on a Barbour! Thank you

I ordered a jacket and was a bit worried about the delivery timing. Everything went well with Olivia who answered my emails and send the jacket quickly.
Nice, warm jacket by the way, as shown on the website, price and quality is there.

Was a little concerned about the reviews, but only 23 posted, so it’s easy to skew. Purchased on Sat and it arrived on Tues. shipping was tracked and I was updated along the way.

Barbour also have a checker tool on their site for genuine suppliers and these are. To top it off my jacket was £70 cheaper than the official Barbour website. Will definitely shop again here.

Paid with PayPal thank goodness and PayPal dispute launched, bought a pair of trousers and nothing ! Never posted them ! Avoid using this place !

Yep, ordered some clothing over 3 days ago, website states orders over £30 delivered free in 2-3 days. Nothing heard and no delivery.. Doesn't bode well, wished I had read the reviews before ordering.

I placed an order a week ago, I have had no email confirming my order although the money has been taken from my account l. I have emailed them and messaged them on Facebook but have received no reply and still no sign of my order arriving.... very dissatisfied. Will be contacting PayPal to try and get my money back.

I was very happy to receive my beadnell Barbour coat in just a week to Sweden. I contacted the customer service team as I was worried about buying from this company due to some of the bad reviews on trustpilot. They put my mind a rest and offered to help with the whole order to make sure it would go well. In the end it did it all myself and there was no trouble at all!

Sent a faulty jacket so I returned it for inspection. Royal Mail have tracked it as delivered but Best in the Country have lost it. They refuse to take responsibility and won’t send a replacement or refund me.
Spend an extra 10% and avoid the need to deal with incompetent thieves.

Ordered an item from the website which said delivery was 2-3 days to UK addresses. Payment was taken and I heard nothing, no dispatch email or tracking information. A week later I emailed the sales team who said that the item was out of stock (despite the website not saying so) and it had been ordered and I would receive it by the Friday of that week or the Monday of the week after. Another week has gone by and I have not received the item and have had no information as to why. No replies to emails. Very shoddy! I will give them another few working days and then I will be reporting.

So impressed with this company, not only was the Barbour jacket £60 cheaper than in other shops, it was delivered within a couple of days. Would definitely recommend!

I should have trusted the reviews. Placed an order and a few days later, surprise surprise... sorry but the item is missing from our warehouse.

How unprofessional, would never use again...

Offered a lady’s coat that they didn’t even have and tell me This a few shopping days before xmas.This was a present for my wife and I now won’t be able to get her one in time.Yet to see my refund as well.Completely dishonest!

Why am I not totally surprised, that once again your company or the company you work for, has let me down once again.
After the first episode you had to reimburse me for the same product and now for the second time you are doing exactly the same thing.
On the first occasion I ordered in August and received a similar email, and after calling and speaking to your colleague he told me it had been discontinued yet you are still showing on your web site even now!!!
I actually took the trouble to call you last week to ask about the availability of the product and was told the green had been discontinued, but not the blue. Ordering in good faith I attempted for the second time and now I have received this email from you.
Looks like you have fundamental flaws in your business model that somebody capable needs to sort out.
A very very poor customer experience,
ps, I suggest you elevate this complaint to the person or persons who can actually do something about the problem.

Advertising items not in stock. Sending wrong items in post. No helpful solutions provided by Company. From reading other reviews, advertising items not in stock seems to be a regular occurrence with BestintheCountry. Please note that customer service staff have been very polite, however overall this company provided a very poor and unreliable service. I would not recommend using them

After a mix up where Royal Mail couldn't find my address (???) bestinthecountry actually made time to rectify the problem quickly and efficiently. Customer service was great, sorted it easily and were really polite, got my item redelivered and I'm really happy with the product.... Would definitely use again
