Purchased a fireplace from Bespoke and they made the hearth to fit our previous fireplace so no need to replace the flooring. Initial problem with the delivery but soon rectified and the fireplace is beautiful. We are so pleased with it. Customer service was excellent problem resolved very quickly. Would highly recommend this company. Also brilliant fitting by Alan the finish was excellent. Thank you all.

Great product and service. We bought the Costello Suite 640 HD+ and we’re absolutely delighted with the look and quality of the fireplace and the electric fire.

Excellent communication without being pushy. We were looking for a wider panoramic fireplace with a proper surround and mantelpiece. There are not many options on the market with this width. It looks fantastic and everyone has commented on it.

Absolutely incredible service. We got our fireplace delivered and due to delays our end it wasn’t fitted until 8 weeks later however it was so worth the wait! It is made beautifully! I knew exactly what I wanted and searched for months and then when I found this I just knew it would be perfect and it really is!
The delivery as well was exceptional. The 2 gentlemen who delivered it were so kind and polite and jovial even though they had been on the road for 12 hours at this point and it was pouring with rain and we are a hard house to find! Amazing service all round thank you’

I had been looking for a fireplace for my media wall for some time .
I visited Bespoke Fireplaces , Knowsley , Liverpool and this showroom did not disappoint .
They had every style of fireplace to suit different peoples purses and requirements .
I was greeted by a wonderful sales assistant “ Colin “ is his name , very informative and certainly knows his job ..
I had saw some of the fireplaces on the shops Instagram so I kind of new what I was aiming for .
Colin showed me round several fireplaces that suited my needs , I enjoyed having demonstrations of how you can alter , flames , colours , mood lighting with the remote controls .
I came to my decision once Colin had helped me with my choice .
I am very happy with my fire and my media wall looks amazing .
They also have their own fitters too that fit the media walls for their customers and their work can be seen on various Instagram / social media platforms .
My fire is a wonderful talking point it looks fabulous even when I just have the flames on for effect ..

I’m having a loft conversion next year so I will return to the this shop next year and pick maybe the same. The customer service was / is outstanding at Bespoke Fireplaces and I recommended 100% to take a visit to this showroom

Unreal customer service by Bespoke Fireplaces. Minor hiccup on delivery but was sorted and resolved straight away. The quality of the fire is great and would recommend to anyone wanting a luxury fire.

Showroom staff were really helpful and friendly without feeling pressured, gave me lots of advice and helped me choose the right fire for me, (and there is a lot to choose from!) delivery was quick and easy, the delivery lads were so helpful too. The fire is absolutely gorgeous, I'm very happy with the overall experience Cannot praise Bespoke enough!

It’s rare to find the level of customer service that you offer. Despite never seeing it in person, we purchased the suite having followed you for some time on social media and after looking at other reviews. Every interaction including enquiry, sales, delivery and after sales has been outstanding. I was so surprised to find that the suite came with the decorative logs which finishes the suite perfectly and your attention to detail didn’t stop there with the inclusion of absolutely everything that’s needed - even decorators caulk!

Thank you so much, the fireplace is beautiful and is the perfect finishing touch to our lounge.

Excellent customer service given by Colin. Colin rang to see if I had received my marble sample box in the post and was extremely helpful when I attended the showroom. He went through all the options and assisted me with my purchase. Looking forward to seeing fire once delivered and installed.
