She was very informative, she knew all the answers to my questions immediately and was very good at helping me decide which styles and colours to choose. Faulty PCB
I contacted the service department to inform them that my fire was no longer fully operational, even though power was reaching the unit. The response was quick, and after a few checks as to warranty validity, I was offered two solutions.
1. Have an engineer come to the house to fix the issue, which would take a number of weeks or:
2. Opt for a self-service option, where a video was sent to demonstrate the process for replacing the PCB that was faulty. The video came with a wiring diagram to ensure the correct wires were switched. There was also the offer of a call whilst I was replacing the unit to talk me through the process.
The part arrived, and I replaced the PCB without any issues. The fire is working perfectly. At every stage, Luke was quick to respond and offered constructive support. I was very impressed.

Wow, what a great company. If anyone is considering having a Tv media wall installed , i would highly recommend The Costello group - Bespoke Fire Places. Excellent customer service and communication right from the moment we enter the show room and right through to the installation. I would also like to say a massive thank you to Mike the installer for giving us the perfect installation. Replace circuit board.
After initial contact with Luke at Bespoke Fireplaces, I was quoted for the company to fit new circuit boards and an installation cost.
Both quoted costs were accepted and the remedial work was completed as scheduled.
