Great Service
When I went in store to select a bed, the employee assisting me, Ailsa, was very helpful. Knowledgeable, helped me pick the right bed for me, and explained pricing, delivery services, and additional offers in an easy to understand way.
The bed delivery was also great. You get frequent reminders by email and text as to when the bed is due to be delivered, and they call you when they're on the way so you know to expect them within the next hour. Delivery men were polite, efficient, and very helpful assisting me with removing my old bed and bringing in the new one.
And finally, the bed is great, very comfortable, so no complaints there either!

Can highly recommend
From the moment we were greeted by Sarah we received an exceptional service. We told Sarah what we were looking for and her knowledge pointed us in the right direction.
There were no hard sales which we liked as we were given time to decide what mattress/divan to choose from.
The order wasn’t a straightforward delivery as we wanted the bed delivered to our new address. Sarah handled this to fit in with our date of moving. We also took out an extra guarantee which was shown to us by Sarah’s pictorial.
Sarah is an asset to have in Benson Beds and because of her expertise and friendliness we left happy customers.
