Thomas the sales rep was very helpful without being a typical pushy sales rep. Good advice and very personable.

Tom was really helpful and friendly he made us feel relaxed and spent time in discussing our options. Highly recommend.

Helpful staff in store, didn’t jump on us or pressure us and very friendly. Unfortunately went down hill after the sale. Bensons organised delivery and assembly which we were told would be in the AM so organised work around this, didn’t turn up until around 5pm after chasing twice. Whilst assembling the bed they managed to cause 2 stains approx 40cm x 5cm on our new carpet which was only fitted the week before (likely down to the fact the assembly instructions requested 2 person assembly and there was only 1 person) and whilst we purchased an ex-display bed frame, we were not told this would be missing parts (tv remote holder and strap to hold down the ottoman storage). Whilst the latter two points haven’t caused us too much grief, having to spend hours of cleaning on a brand new carpet (and still not currently being able to get the stains out) and only being given “cleaning advice” from the store and no offer of fixing, I unfortunately can’t say bensons would be top of the list in the future, despite the friendly team Instore. I would rate 3 stars given the positive experience instore however, the carpets stains on a brand new carpet, causing us to spend numerous hours trying different cleaning methods and only being given cleaning advice from the store unfortunately prevents this. Hopefully future delivery off mattress and furniture will be more positive.

Shop asst not pushy and gave us time to look no hassle. Knew everything about the beds very helpful he is a good representive for Benson for Beds.

No, I saw straight in didn’t get pushed into buying anything. Finally experience very easy assistant very knowledgeable and very good when needed.

Not being pestered by sales people but them still being available to answer questions is a big plus, and using local delivery people means if there's a problem it can be sorted without talking to a robot (there wasn't a problem, delivered as arranged)

We purchased wardrobes and bedside cabinet. The sales man was very helpful. Explained the whole process from ordering delivery dates and that the wardribes would be assembled by team when delivered.

The sales advisor was very helpful and gave us all the information we needed and enough space to have a try ourselves to decide which one I wanted.

Excellent customer service. I knew which mattress I wanted, Tom answered a couple of questions but did not attempt to upsell.
