Do not rely on agreed delivery dates, when called day before to confirm to then leave a voicemail at 17.10 saying its not being delivered as we got our stock numbers wrong.

Then when eventually delivered just dropped it off and did not build it as requested overall poor company beware!

Staff are very helpful and friendly help get the mattress that I needed and recommend the best one for my condition

Spoke to Joe who was very helpful and knowledgeable. Ordered bed and mattress answered all questions I asked. Wanted a bed base with quality drawers showed me one with metal runners on drawers. Fed up with draws on beds being hard to open because plastic wheels get stuck. And the drawers are not overloaded. Ordered a lovely mattress too. When delivered hoping for a comfy night's sleep and a base that will have drawers which last.

The salesman was very knowledgeable but didn’t put us under pressure to buy. The mattress was delivered on the agreed date. There was a tip in the packaging and the mattress itself was dirty this was pointed out to me by the driver and he called the customer service team to report it and took pictures he asked them to call me later to discuss if I wanted to swap it out but no one has called yet in almost a week

Joe was the member of staff that helped me. I was pretty much decided on the brand of mattress I wanted (Sealy), Joe explained the range and I was able to try them out in store, which actually changed my mind on firmness. He wasn't at all pushy, and clearly explained the options available regarding payment and delivery. I'm based down south and expected that might cause some complications, but it didn't at all. The store had some really good offers on for Black Friday so great value, excellent customer service, can't wait for delivery, many thanks.

We were searching for a mattress around the £300-£500 mark for my university house. We were wandering around the store back and forth when your colleague Gina greeted us and asked if we would like some help. She was really welcoming, helped us look at the different options and fully explained the difference for what we would get for the different prices ranges. She was really honest and personable and we didn’t feel pushed into making any decision like you can feel sometimes when going into other stores. We left with a mattress that we’re sure we will love when it is delivered and we enjoyed talking and briefly getting to know Gina too she was lovely and her customer service was great. Thank you Gina and all the best with everything!
