Once we made the decision to buy this mattress we were told when it would be delivered. We were then regularly kept informed of progress until the delivery day. We were able track delivery on the day and the driver and helper (Baz and Ben) were very efficient and courteous- in 5 minutes they had successfully delivered the new one and taken the old one away.

I bought a mattress from Bensons for beds, Andy was very helpful on questions asked regarding the mattress. After two weeks I found the mattress didn’t really help as I have a back problem, I went back to the store and Andy again was so very helpful in changing the mattress to a firm, but not too firm to be uncomfortable. So far the mattress is very comfortable and no aches in the morning. Big thanks to Andy at Bensons for beds
