I ordered a Sealy divan bed with a mattress in store not knowing when I would be moving into my new place. The staff were amazing, made sure I got the best deal I could get. I eventually got a date to move in so I booked my delivery date online and it was delivered no hassle. I was given a time slot and then got a call 45 mins before they arrived as a heads up. The guys arrived and carried it all in and up the stairs, checked where I wanted it, put it together and left taking all the packaging with them. I could not fault them in any way. The bed is gorgeous and really comfortable. Super happy!!

There was a good range of beds to choose from and we got the one we wanted. The salesman was excellent and informative. A great experience overall.

John was really knowledgeable and able to help us find the right bed and mattress for us.

We initially came into the store on Friday and found the sales representative (John) to be helpful and friendly without being pushy whilst we tried out all of the mattresses we liked. Since we were on a tight time deadline we needed to leave and returned on the Sunday to make our final decisions.
We met with Kaylee and she gave us further guidance and helped us to make our final selection. Kaylee was knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. She explained to us the benefits and drawbacks of each type of mattress and was on hand to answer any questions we had. When we ruled some styles out, these areas were taken into consideration for future suggestions.

Overall we were very pleased with the service, price and knowledge of the team within the store. Also, the layout and cleanliness of the store was better than the other bed shops we visited in the area.

Helped on the phone and in store by a salesman called John, he was attentive and helpful not to mention so polite and friendly. He made the whole experience exciting and stress free .. he was so helpful with every aspect from picking the right option to meet my needs as well as suiting my budget !

Extremely Poor Customer Service and Unprofessional Behavior

I recently made a purchase of over £2,700 from this store, but my experience with their customer service and management has been nothing short of a nightmare. One of the sofa beds I ordered didn’t meet my expectations, so I decided to return it. That’s when the real trouble started.

When I contacted the store, they told me they couldn’t process the return because the order came from their central warehouse. They advised me to contact customer service. However, when I reached out to customer service, they refused to help, stating that since I placed the order in-store, I needed to deal with the store directly. I was sent back and forth with no one taking responsibility.

I then called the store and spoke to the manager, explaining that their return policy did not mention any restrictions on returning items. He promised to call me back within an hour—but three days passed with no response. Frustrated, I went to the store in person.

When I asked about returning the sofa bed and the delivery of my outstanding order, the manager said he could only accept the return with a 20% deduction, despite this not being stated anywhere in their terms and conditions. When I questioned him about this, he became aggressive, rude, and even displayed threatening behavior.

At this point, I decided I no longer wanted to deal with this store and canceled my outstanding order. The manager then asked me to wait two hours before he even attempted to process my refund. His behavior felt discriminatory, and I truly believe he treated me this way because I am Asian.

After a heated discussion, he finally agreed to process my refund. However, the receipt he provided did not show any refund value. He assured me that my finance company would adjust my credit balance. A week later, I contacted my finance company, only to find out that no refund had been processed!

This entire experience has been extremely stressful and frustrating. I strongly urge anyone considering a purchase from this store to read their refund policy carefully before making any payments. The lack of professionalism, dishonesty, and poor customer service make this a place I will never shop at again.

Avoid this store at all costs!

The sales assistant was very helpful allowing us time alone to discuss our choices and then returning after an appropriate length of time to check in with us and answer any queries.He had a good knowledge of stock and was very personable.

As soon as we entered the store a member of staff greeted us and asked if we needed help to just ask. We were there to look at a new mattress and explained what we wanted. Wendy, the sales consultant, asked us various pertinent questions and then proceeded to certain beds that matched our needs. All through the testing we were again asked questions which helped narrow down the search. We then made a choice and I asked about pillows and Wendy was again very patient and thorough and we both found one that suited our personal needs e.g. what type of sleeper we were. The whole experience was made easier through Wendy's knowledge and experience and friendly disposition.

Lady in showroom was very helpful and knowledgeable and gave me time on my own to try beds, was not pushy. Bed looks nice, arrived within time slot.

Excellent customer service, the other staff were also very friendly and when other customers entered greeted with a smile and hello.
Ensured I benefited from the current promotion taking place.
If buying a bed was a everyday event, I would return daily lol
