Excellent service from store to delivery, they couldn’t have been more helpful when installing our new electric ottoman divan on an extremely hot morning.
Very pleased with our new bed and full size storage underneath. Very smooth operation to raise and lower the bed with remote control and also Manuel buttons on the side.
The store staff at Ashford were extremely helpful the day we ordered and would highly recommend this company. We’re very happy customers!

Tom at Bensons for Beds Ashford was absolutely incredible at helping us from start to finish of our bed buying experience. We had a bit of a rough journey as we ordered a larger bed in the hope of being in our new house, when the sale fell through Tom was so understanding and helpful. We then finally got our new bed delivered to our existing house and it was too big to get up the stairs! So we went back to Tom who was brilliant and sorted us out with a smaller option of bed, added some extra pillows and we still received a refund! Couldn't fault him, he was amazing. The bed itself is stunning and just what we wanted, we have a tv bed and the surround sound system is second to none, my husband is very fussy when it comes to a decent sound system and he is very impressed!

She patiently showed me all the sofa beds in the store without even a hint of being irritated or too much trouble. The store didn't have the type of sofa bed I was interested in but I did buy an adjustamatic bed because I felt I could trust Wendy to give me the best advice. Thank you Wendy

The whole experience was easy from me walking into the store,telling the lady what I wanted how much i wanted to spend trying out the beds and then picking and paying then setting up a date for delivery.
