Absolute shambles! What a disgrace. Post knee injury I bought a knee splint and chose express delivery. Three days later I am still waiting while limping in pain. This company should be called ZeroCare Direct. If my parcel ever arrives, I will refuse the delivery and ask for refund.
Brilliant service! Great product range, great prices and great customer service... minor problem with courier was chased down after one phone call, was phoned back with update and reassured that action was in hand and sure enough it was quickly resolved! Staff are evidently diligent and really on the ball. All good! Thanks!

Foolishly I purchased an ankle support that said universal fit.
I did not fit. My physio said it looked like an arm support. I emailed the company twice. They just ignored me. Avoid at all costs
Shocking service. Item not delivered due to a delivery issue (Evri) and despite chasing them multiple times haven’t received a reply, the item or a refund. To be avoided!
Worst company, I never received my goods and money. I ended up raising PayPal complaints still no response from company but later got some money from PayPal . Avoid and I won’t recommend this service to anyone as they are supposed to be dealing with differently able people. My order was as placed in March 23 and till today there is a status that says yet to be delivered.
Item arrived in good order but was not suitable to wear with a shoe as described and not suitable for me in any event. Was told I could return for a full refund which I duly did. However despite phone calls and emails no refund forthcoming. In a phone call I was told that there was no record of the item returned but that he was happy to refund on the basis of my proof of posting. He just wanted to check with the warehouse and would call me back ......... I'm still waiting and just wish I had read the Trustpilot reviews before ordering

Now escalated with credit card company to try and claim refund
After ordering a product and waited 10 days for delivery, contacted the customer service three times. Been told will be a next day delivery.
Next day received a call and been told that the product its not on stock.
We will never use this company again.
Very poor customer service. I was told that I would be refunded if the item didn't fit (which it didn't) so I returned it. 2 weeks and 3 phone calls later still no refund... And they don't respond to emails.
My experience of working at Benecare was that of unprofessional. My boss asked me to stay late I said I couldn’t and then just came in late for the shift anyway without even an apology. I got the blame for someone else driving the car into the the fence, even though I wasn’t even in the car!!! I was inside the house. This should be reported to RIDDOR. As the young person was in the cat at the time. One of my colleagues rang me and texted me 10 times whilst I was on shift asking me to cover her the next day. Even though I’d been at the home for 3 days in a row!!! Just because she had gone out on the Saturday night and taken lots of drugs and couldn’t mange her shift on the Monday. That’s harassment. The exact same person came in the week before stinking of alcohol and still drunk from the previous night. Lying on the office floor as soon as she came in. And she wants to be a senior!!!
When I came in on a shift this girl was in her night ware having supervision with the Manager. Totally unprofessional!!
The bullying that goes on in this company should be reported to OFSTED. No wonder they have hardly any staff. Management are a joke too. No support from anyone there. No wonder one of their homes got shut down. It’s hardly surprising.
Anyone with a disability will find this company very useful for disability aids. If you ring them up they will process your order without charging the VAT if you are disabled.
